I remember thinking Peach Gardens was super mid on DS when I was much younger, but I'm really looking forward to revisiting it now!

I snagged a SNES controller! I hadn't been able to do so in the past, so I'm super excited I work up early this morning.

@Not_Soos I agree about wanting more 2D experiences, although ideally Retro would have expanded up so much they could work on both. Not expanding on Tropical Freeze is a travesty.

@Pachrisu I want this sooooo badly as well. It would be amazing to have a Rainbow Road playlist with some of the most insane tracks from the series.

@Fizza If this is a response to Ubisoft's mistreatment (and even then, that word seems super mild here), then Activision might be next. If I remember correctly, their skeletons came out of the closet before Square released that NFT email or Nintendo announced the eShop closures.

On a side note, all these abuses mix together, and I might be wrong about the order of things. It's mentally exhausting.

@Grumblevolcano this is exactly what I expect from it. I'd even add that I expect both Legends DLC and Let's Go, Johto.

@BloodNinja for once, I do agree. I might not be a fan, but I can appreciate it when people enjoy it.

@WallyWest @BloodNinja Oh, I have no doubt of the quality. Sousborne games aren't my thing AT ALL. I mean to compare the two in the sense that there's always one game that has unrealistic hype for it. It was Cyberpunk last time. The time before that was Red Dead Redemption 2. It's Elden Ring right now.

I expected something like this to happen. Elden Ring is no different from Cyberpunk imo - a game where the hype is so insanely high that it was going to inflate reviews.

@techdude I want them to do that SO BADLY. I hate that I'm currently trying to manage which Wii U and 3DS games I have to prioritize. If they had everything at $0.99, I'd buy stuff that I currently have no intentions of doing so.

@RubyCarbuncle That's my issue. I don't really want to buy a new SD card for my 3DS, but I want to pick up a bunch of these. Maybe I'll cut back on the Dillion.

@mattesdudeIt feels more like 2 months since there'll be no way to purchase any of them after August.

I am kind of relieved this is a budget title. Or at least my wallet is.
