I'm thinking they'll do a 3DS port. Got my Wii copy at launch but a port (or a sequel) on 3DS, specially at launch, would get them twice as many sales as their Wii offering.

Well, guess Shantae it shall be.

I would buy a full retail Wii release at $49.99 if it was done as something similar to A Boy and his Blob and Wario Land: Shake It!

Now we need to know the prices. I would be ok with 500 points for GB games and 800 for GBA games so they can have Free, 200, 500 and 800+ categories on 3DSware as is the case with DSi. Sure not all GB games are worth $5 but if that's how we got NES games I see no difference.

What is interesting is how "classic games on 3D" is mentioned as well. Will we get Ocarina and Starfox as 3DSware $15 games on the service or will they go for full on $34.99 retail releases?

There you go! Transfering all my DSiware purchases to my new 3DS is the way for me to decide to buy one at launch since I've invested over $200 on games already.

If I had the money for It I would pre-order one right now but that much cash is going to remodel the baby's room sooo...

Ah, so they went the Cave Story way then? My guess is that if the game was split into 3 episodes each would have been 500 points so we're getting a better deal like this.

Good thing I have all levels of Mighty Flip Champs on S Rank. It would seem you get a bonus for owning MFC, another for finishing it and another for having all S Rank but that's my take on the email I got (the image at the begining).

I paid $40 for A Boy and his Blob (another great 2D game everyone should own and is only $20 at the moment at Gamestop) and will gladly pay $40 for Lost in Shadow.

Not a good week on Wiiware. Guess we're being prepared for the awesome that will drip out of the release of Shantae on DSiware.

This is great, I wanted a Black Wiimote and WM+ to match and was going to buy this game so now I'll just get the bundle and I'll be set.

And the map on the bottom screen on DS is just great since it will make the game even more fast paced.

So, will they re-release the Wiiware version over here to correct the music?

After each preview the game keeps getting better and better. I would pay $15 for it.

Ah I remember this game. Another one of the many platformers released on the SNES.

1.5 GB of flash is way better than what's currently available on Wii or DSi. My guess is that 3DSware games will max out at 100 MB (it's 40 MB on Wiiware and recall that it's about 30 MB on DSiware in case you're wondering) which means you could have 15 games on your memory or maybe combine games and movie downloads. 3D movies should clock in at about 200-300 MB at most since it's a smaller screen we're talking about.

I'll be buying a 16 GB SDHC card to go along with my 3DS. It's the card size I use for the SD channel and Guitar Hero Songs and it still has 8 GB free even if I have 40 songs and 50 games in there so I guess the same size will be enough for me on 3DS. Might even go with a 32GB one depending on movie sizes.

Just finished it with my little sister the other day. Now I'll replay it in single player to get all the coins we missed so I can enjoy the extra levels.

I'm looking at my NES Faxanadu cart at the moment, which I can't play because someone stole my NES power supply. Need to make a trip to Radio Shack to buy a new one. Anyone know the model I need to get?

Well, for those that need the therapy $20 is a steal.

Getting this eventually. No money or time at the moment but I love WayForward's work (currently playing A Boy and his Blob which I bought at launch but it had to wait for it's turn).

Liked the fist one and if the sequel is released for 200 points as well then they'll be getting my money.

I'd pay the $30 just for the CD and history booklet. A release over here would probably de $40 but still a great deal since the games are $21 on the Virtual Console and $19 for the booklet and CD would be a steal. The 50-70 coins for my Club Nintendo account wouldn't hurt either.

A bit expensive but if it actually helps those that need it to rehabilitate faster the $20 would indeed be a steal.

I'll be going with the Wii version but it's good to know that the portable one was developed with care as well.

And to those saying it's the same game as My Farm just with different animals, some don't seem to have a problem with paying $60 for Madden every time there's a rooster change for the new year.

I bought My Farm since for $2 it seemed like a fun game. I liked it enough that I will download this tonight. So far all the games from BiP Media are in my DSi so keep them coming!

This will pick up in the UK eventually but since it's doing very well in the rest of the world we can't complain too much.

I have my copy of the game but won't be playing it until december since it has to wait for it's turn as I have other games to take care of first.

I had fun with My Farm and changing around the animals even if with the same dynamics could get me to spend another $2 on this. Getting 10 coins for my Club Nintendo account doesn't hurt either.

Seems like it will do 500k first week worldwide.

@Token Girl: Yep, A Boy and his Blob is by Wayforward. I bought it when it was released and it was worth the price and is even a better purchase now that you can get it for $20.

Overall how many games are new to the cart? I just got Ninja Karakuri and would like to know if I should wait for a retail release in the US instead of downloading individual games.

And now we add one more game to the list. I'm thinking I'll have to take a sick week from work to catch up with all my games so I can start buying new Wiiware, DSiware and PSN releases.

Now, I won't buy an XL since I already own a DSi BUT if I got an XL as a gift I would be very happy...

$229 with a demo cart, a voucher for a free 3D movie and set for release on March 26, 2011.

The stickers I can do without but the DVD and the figurine are worth the extra $20. I'll be getting this.

Well, in Harvest Moon you move around, interact with other people, etc. and pay $30-50 for a portable or console game. Here, all that's asked of you is $2 and a couple of hours of your time. I like the game and for the price you can have fun in the cheap.

200 points and by BiP is all that I needed to know at first. The review falls around the range I was expecting (6-7) for this. It's part of my collection now and it's a very fun game that will even add 10 coins to my Club Nintendo account so you can't beat that.
