Well, Ace has, according to past contests, 72 hours to respond to the email notifying him about the contest. My guess is he has already respondend but he hasn't posted here yet.
Congratulations to Acerocksyourworld. Do enjoy your copy of the game and the piece of artwork that makes us all so jealous. I'll be picking up a copy of the game in a week or so.
Oh, and please tell Victor Ireland that when they DO release Mr. Gimmick over here it better be the version with the superior music quality thanks to the sound chip used in the cartridge...
As KDR said, on PC it's $20 so I see no problem with taking the game with me on my DS. Was about to buy the Collector's Edition but now I'll just wait a couple of months.
@Metroid133: Well, it's like this with most game store employees. When I got Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney I was told by a Game Crazy employee that I was wrong and that no game with that name existed nor would it ever see a release...
Figured this would be a low reviewed game. Still waiting on the one for Monsteca and Divergent Shift to see it they get added to my list of "games to buy once I'm done with my current digital games backlog".
Downloaded the game last night and have to say that I really enjoyed the first set of levels and look forward to playing one set of levels each day to unwind a bit.
Popyman's idea is interesting. Re-release Zack and Wiki on Wiiware as "Episodes" with some extra content if the first two episodes sell well and everybody wins.
Evolving a portable and evolving a console are two veeeery different things. Only example in consoles is the 32X and we know how that one sold. Nintendo is doing very well right now. A Wii 2 is not needed yet and I can wait 2-3 years for one. Why would I want a Wii in HD if the processor will be the same? Besides, the Wii COULD output in 720p with the component cable if Nintendo wanted to but would have to reduce frame rates accordingly,
Loved Zack & Wiki. Bought it at launch and played it non stop with my wife until we finished it. Will probably replay it next year once most of the puzzles are out of our heads.
Nintendo will release the 3DS and thus all their marketing budget goes to the new portable for the next 18 months which puts the Wii 2 (no stop gap) for release, at the earliest, on December 2012. My guess is it will be announced at E3 2013 for release on October 2013.
So to sum up: analyst know squat about gaming, know even less about what works and thus know nothing about how Nintendo works.
Game has a lot of content, specially if you add in the quests you get from the central structure in each planet. Would have been 1,000 points if released by a 3rd party.
I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past the "under 7" point so I'll be getting one at launch and play 48 hours straight since I'm sure that, surprisingly, I'll be sick two days after the 3DS launches. Just don't tell my boss about it.
@Vinsanity: Whomp'Em and Little Samson are the ones I'm looking forward. Oh and Clash at the Demon Head. Those would definitely go into my my VC collection at launch.
Downloaded it over the weekend and only have two more levels left to finish it. The harder versions really make it a very hectic game but fun in the end. Didn't realize Neko released Dodogo as well which I also enjoyed a lot and felt it offers a lot of content and is priced just right.

Re: Buy Ufouria If You Want More Quirky Virtual Console Titles
Downloaded it last night. Still haven't had a chance to play it.
Re: Grab a Cheap Wii at Target This Week
Great for those that still don't own a system. This way they can buy a Wii with Wii Sports and New Super Mario Bros Wii to start their collection.

Re: Buy Ufouria If You Want More Quirky Virtual Console Titles
Ok, Victor makes a good point. I said I wouldn't buy more VC/Wiiware games until I was done with my current backlog but I'll make an exception.
Not get on with setting the publishing rights straight for Mr Gimmick!
Re: Review: Ivy the Kiwi? (Wii)
Still hoping I win a copy of the game but if not I'll definitely be buying it.
Re: Nintendo Download: August 23rd (North America)
Mmm, My farm sounds interesting and for 200 points it can't be a reaaally bad game. I'll be getting Uforia ASAP.

Re: Headstrong Hard at Work on Trio of 3DS Games
Three 3DS games huh? Would be nice to know if they're launch games or first year games since that would give us an idea of what the games are.
Re: Review: Divergent Shift (DSiWare)
Well, 2 hours for $8 is good value. You pay more to go to see a movie...
Re: Review: A Monsteca Corral: Monsters vs. Robots (WiiWare)
@rjejr: Patches aren't released for Wiiware games but new versions of the game ARE placed in the Store every once in a while.
Re: Review: A Monsteca Corral: Monsters vs. Robots (WiiWare)
It's only 500 points so why not? It will be added to my collection in a month or two.
Re: Review: Space Trek (WiiWare)
Figured this would be a low reviewed game. Still waiting on the one for Monsteca and Divergent Shift to see it they get added to my list of "games to buy once I'm done with my current digital games backlog".
Re: Review: Absolute Chess (DSiWare)

Need to replay Another World again. It has been about 7 years since I did that.
Re: Review: Enjoy Your Massage! (WiiWare)
So, that's a no?
Re: Review: Hints Hunter (DSiWare)
So far I would really like a sequel to this. For $5 it's a very fun game.
Re: Wii Passes 30 Million Units Sold in the US
My Wii games are mostly single player or online multiplayer only. I also own more 3rd party than 1st party games.
Re: Monsters Smash Robots in Monsteca Corral from August 16th
The graphics might not be great but if the game has good controls and is fun the 500 points will be worth it.
Re: Review: Match Up! (DSiWare)
Have to give the puzzle games a rest for at least two months since I've suffered "portable puzzle overload" and it should for a while.
Re: Monsters Smash Robots in Monsteca Corral from August 16th
500 points only? This could be a great addition to my collection.
Re: Review: Hints Hunter (DSiWare)
Downloaded the game last night and have to say that I really enjoyed the first set of levels and look forward to playing one set of levels each day to unwind a bit.
For 500 points it IS fun.
Re: People Will Know When Metroid: Other M Arrives
Will definitely be buying Other M but it will have to wait until december.
Re: First Impressions: Gods vs. Humans
Tower Defense games never get old and this one brings a new twist that will surely make the experience feel fresh.
Re: Ivy the Kiwi?
Any chance you guys could post a pic of the artwork signed by Naka?
Re: Ivy the Kiwi?
Winning the game would be great by itself but adding an autograph by Yuji Naka makes it even better.
Re: Capcom Producer Discusses Chances of Zack and Wiki 2
Popyman's idea is interesting. Re-release Zack and Wiki on Wiiware as "Episodes" with some extra content if the first two episodes sell well and everybody wins.
Re: Review: Hints Hunter (DSiWare)
I'm considering gettings this since a bit of fun for 500 points is what digital should be all about.

Re: Review: F-Zero GX (GameCube)
I guess the F Zero franchise will skip the Wii and go for a new 3DS game.

Re: Ivy the Kiwi? Gets Release Date
I'll be getting the Wii version. Any news on the supposed Wiiware and DSiware versions?
Re: Review: BlayzBloo: Super Melee Action Battle Royale (DSiWare)
The videos didn't do it for me and the reviews all point the same way.
Re: Review: Aero the Acrobat 2 (Virtual Console / Super Nintendo)
It should release over here before August is over. Skipped the 1st one waiting for this.
Re: High Voltage Employees Get Layoff Shock
Well, they've just finished Tournament of Legends so maybe that's the group that got sent home?
Re: Review: Mortal Kombat (Game Boy)
But it's portable Mortal Kombat!
Re: Review: Deer Captor (WiiWare)
Too bad. This could have been a fun shooting gallery game with a bit more effort.
Re: Gods vs Humans Smites You with In-Game Teaser
It's a bit the reverse of My life as a Darklord since the enemies are the ones building the floors, not you.
Re: Review: X-Scape (DSiWare)

Re: Review: Hints Hunter (DSiWare)
If it was 200 points would you recommend it?

Re: BIT.TRIP RUNNER Soundtrack Now Available
Someone from Nintendolife tell Gaijin to make a "boxset" available at CDbaby with all 4 albums at $19.99 and they'll get my purchase.

Re: Review: Batman: The Video Game (Game Boy)
Played this for a while back in the day. Ah the memories. The VC on the 3DS better become a reality and FAST.
Re: Review: Princess Tomato in the Salad Kingdom (Virtual Console / NES)
Always wanted to play this game back in the day but never could find it. Downloaded it and now it's waiting for it's turn in my SD Card menu.
Re: Review: Lead the Meerkats (WiiWare)
@SKTTR: Is it really a glitch? Maybe your save file got corrupted?
Re: Review: Ufouria: The Saga (Virtual Console / NES)
@Vinsanity: Whomp'Em and Little Samson are the ones I'm looking forward. Oh and Clash at the Demon Head. Those would definitely go into my my VC collection at launch.
