And that, is how I "survived" the Wii U first-party titles drought with only a Wii U and a 3DS — and with backwards-compatibility thanks to games such as the Super Mario Galaxy series and Metroid Prime Trilogy.
The interview itself is 13 years old... Think about all the gaming insights we've missed here in Europe that the Western media couldn't bother translating...
I'm getting the download, if it is at 50 like The Wonderful 101. But I WANT orchestral songs after my first new playthrough (since two are needed to get all the Tendo figurines).
I hope second playthrough unlocks the harder difficulty level and that it really means something à la Master Quest...
TW101 is 50, Blacklist is 70. 6 months from now, TW101 40, Blacklist 30: and then, though not significant imo, there isn't local co-op (yet) on it. I can't buy your game on my platform Ubisoft, better be competitive.
@starshaped420 I did too. They also used to make great and fun interviews of Reggie, Miyamoto and Iwata. It's really sad that they left... Hopefully that can give a vacant spot to NL for those interviews. I'd love to see the men themselves talk DIRECTLY with our fellow Thomas and Damien here.
@snoox It seems more to me like @ThomasBW84 actually loves the game in spite of the minor hindrances he encountered but needed to stay professional about it — something I know I can't do.
I actually love the Wonderful Missions: no talk, just fighting, it's pure scoring. Unfortunately, there should be a patch to allow to play the missions solely on the GamePad WITHOUT having to use the GamePad: this would allow up to four players in multiplayer without the need for a TV. (I might still be doable now if the supplemental GamePad player is just used as some kind of decoy...)
Also, Pro Controller works in Story Mode. You can even play with the Pro in off-TV play.
Still from the demo I think off-TV on TW101 is awesome. In no way can it subtitute dual-screen play, but managing both screens in one is a really cool feature to have in certain situations, and prove that in one way or the other, every Wii U game could and should have off-TV play.
Nah, I'm aiming for Normal mode. Of all the times I have played the demo, even when I didn't know how to use objects to replenish my health, I never lost. I had to have a friend discover the game in Easy mode to see Red's ghost cry.
@Samurai_Goroh I swear this is disturbing me so much in the long run I think I might be really tempted to do it the other way around once the PSONE comes out. How many of these haters actually own a Vita?! How many will own a PSONE at launch?! Dudes, pledge like I did day one and then talk. Your days haven't even started, so shut up before you actually do dare to obtain the relevant gamer cred.
OK, I'm a believer: Nintendo is using the 3DS to sell the Wii U, Pokémon Stadium U is soon coming at our doors. That tease following the full history of Pokémon convinced me.
... I don't know. It's gonna take some time for developers to make full-fledged games on my platform but thankfully that's not what Nintendo is doing...
I understand Kamiya-san, though it does make sense that they had to scrap voice acting for the European trailer, if this is to be used in European countries and in all our different languages — but it completely kills hype.
First-party titles and indie releases for me on the U. With Nintendo of Europe slashing first-party games prices to 50 € and indie games being the most affordable (along with VC titles), there is no way in the world that I'll buy a third-party game for 60 or 70 when I know they'll be 30 bucks once I'll afford to care.
These great stories keep on coming and are making me one happy customer.

Re: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate HD Confirmed, But Not For Wii U
But of course.
For me the game was made for the 3DS anyway. Not playing it on a TV.

Re: Nintendo Download: 22nd August (Europe)
@CliffordB Says he with a Little Mac avatar, but then everyone has their own opinion I guess...
I'll get the 3 Street Fighter deal. With that and SFIV3D, that will make all the Street Fighter games ever released on Nintendo in my possession.

Now, for real, trolls of the likes of his, if ONE DAY I recognize your donkeys on Smash U, I'll make you regret your year of bullpoop on ma console.
Re: Capcom Has No Plans For Street Fighter on Wii U Just Yet
@Legromancer You need to understand that the Wii U is currently first as your beloved, un-launched systems have currently exactly 0 install base.
I can bet with you right now that the Wii U will forever be at first place.
Re: Capcom Has No Plans For Street Fighter on Wii U Just Yet
@koopakid What if you and the entire industry assumed wrong?

But that's cool, that's cool. I'm going old skool.

@AMR It's free, that's the problem.
Re: Metroid Prime Trilogy Now Available At GameStop For $84.99
And there you have it: Gamestop "magisterially" changed a devorable rumor into a favorable reality.
Who there to mess with them now?

Re: Video: UK Launch Trailer For The Wonderful 101 Sets the Scene
Actually, with Platinum hyping the game to "hardcores" and Nintendo (of UK here) doing so for "casuals," it can prove to be a good combo.
Re: Video: UK Launch Trailer For The Wonderful 101 Sets the Scene
@Araknie It's the 23rd.

I mean, it's NOWHERE near Platinum Games' own trailer.
