I hope it's coming out on Switch, I bought a copy from Game earlier in the year for my Wii U but it kept freezing on the title screen so I had to take it back. A Switch version would be great to take anywhere.
I think it's a shame this COD won't make it on to Switch because it will be one of the best selling games this year regardless of quality. If the Switch misses more big release games it won't be as attractive to casual gamers long term no matter how good the 1st party games are.
I bought the 1st Mega Man collection on PS4 for £3.99 in a sale I'll probably do the same with this one too and wait until it's cheap. I'm really not bothered it's not being released on Switch but who knows maybe both collections will be ported later in the year.
@timson72 It scratched my friends Switch and it's been well documented on YouTube and other social media some other Switch owners have had the same issue. But I use it as a handheld 90% of the time and the rest in table top mode playing Mario Kart with my friends so I'm not to bothered about the dock.
Good points being made about it being better value to just buy a 2nd Switch. Maybe it if was a new design that wouldn't scratch the tablet. I have a screen protector on my switch but I'm still scared to use my dock. It's still in the box since the day I got it.
I can't wait to play this on my Switch. Rogue Trooper is a great comic character 2nd only to Judge Dredd in 2000ad. I wasn't a fan of the Wii port but I really enjoyed playing this on PC. I'm glad the Switch is getting this game.
Since I got my Switch it's been about 90% handheld and 10% table top mode. My dock is still in the box lol I haven't used it once. I should probably test the dock to make sure it works but I doubt I'll use it much.
Not sure why people think supporting the 3DS is a bad idea. I'm glad I'll still be able to buy new 3DS games for the next year or so along side my Switch games. I take my 3DS almost every where with me, so far my Switch hasn't left the house lol. I think there's a market to support both systems, it makes sense no more Wii U games but stopping production of the 3DS and games now would be a very bad business decision maybe even worse than the way the NES mini was handled. I don't think the 3DS will cut into Switch sales. Maybe in 12-18 months if sales decline to a point where is no longer profitable to support the 3DS then fair enough.
I think most of the triple AAA games won't be of much interest to Nintendo fans which in turn will lead to less of them being released but I do think having them sitting beside nintendo 1st party games will do the Switch's long term future no harm.
Hopefully all of the triple AAA games come to the Switch in some form. It will be good and be more attractive to casual gamers and gives us Nintendo fans extra choice too. I don't mind the odd game of COD from time to time and this could be fun. I'll keep an open mind.

Re: Review: Fate/Extella: The Umbral Star (Switch)
I really want to get this for the Switch but it's £59.99 and only £21 for the PS Vita so leaning towards getting it on there now.

Re: Hori's Nintendo Switch Voice Chat Headset Looks Like A Wired Nightmare
It's very backwards for 2017 and 2018 onwards especially when similar devices for other consoles/PC are wireless.
Re: Hori's Nintendo Switch Voice Chat Headset Looks Like A Wired Nightmare
No thanks I'll give the voice chat a miss. That looks an awful set up lol.

All the accessories are over priced and like many on here I expect this will be no different.
Re: EA Is Considering Bringing More Games to Nintendo Switch
A Plants vs Zombies game on the Switch would be amazing. I really enjoy playing Garden Warfare 2 on my PS4.

I was just reading on some other gaming websites that a Switch version is unlikely.
