I get it, u want to draw out more content but this is not the way to do it. Telling someone what to do with or what they aren't doing with their property and that they have to improve or update it. who are you? Is the title working as intended? Did anyone from Nintendo make you head of development? No right! Then enjoy the content that has been presented to you and stop trying to make a mountain out of a pitchers mound. Stop with the comparisons of other games and the support they get, MM isn't those games and never will be and no one knows if a sequel will come with more features.

Sonic is sonic, 2d or 3d he needs dr robotnik or eggman to beat down and speed this whole thing with "why can't we have a old sonic" is getting old. He has been moved to 3d either enjoy what Sega is trying to improve or get out the way so others can enjoy it.

@Scapetti I would never go by the reveal, history has taught us that companies aren't exactly honest with what's promised. Like the switch trailer that was found to have false images, I always wait for what happens later to form an opinion because at face value u never know what is behind it. I don't think the system is bad nor the controls but i do think they are sharing the same road as the wii & wiiu.
I will pick one up but after i see some support on Nintendo's part, the system needs games to push it and i hope Ninty doesn't rely on 3rd party support!

@Louie06 i don't have an issue with the joy con but it just kinda leans backwards towards the wii not that its an issue
Or anything. I think 3rd party has gotten used to the regular xyz controller but im sure they will have support for it.

Good news for the switch but can't let myself get hyped like i did for wiiu. So far the switch is in my opinion being marketed like the wii and its been developed like its predecessor. Nintendo seems to have a thing for motion controls and small control sticks which is fine but i feel like that part is what's hurting the system. Unreal or not the community for Nintendo seems geared toward the couch days and right now they need to keep progressing foward to
Compete with x1ps4.

Even if they are skilled as they say we need to see it to believe it. Give me games and glory or pack up and go home!

Lol nah at this point in time nintendo needs to compete with sony and Microsoft for the current gaming audience. Before Sony & Microsoft hit the stage nintendo was at the top and had access to 3rd 2nd and 1st party but now
They have been taking a loss at every turn while still managing to churn out masterpieces here and there. They need a console that can out do the competition and still appeal to the casual audience.

It's really not that serious! Those that can afford the system will buy it, those that can't will wait for price drop or just won't purchase. Honestly the WiiU is a great system to own but its not the ultimate console out there, none as far as im concerned are! The games that came out for the wiiu were good family friendly & enjoyable for the most part for first party.

Nintendo did at one point dominate the market but fell off because they didn't evolve with the times. Opting for couch friendly games that offer limited online play which isn't bad i enjoyed those experiences but im alot older now and responsibility keeps friends from getting together for the most part. Hopefully Nintendo makes the correct decision on the NX making it dev friendly and listening to the public!

Idk what game everybody else was playin but i enjoyed mario sunshine alot i didn't have camera issues or glitches. I think sunshine improved a lot compared to mario 64 but thats just me!

With the way the comments are leading towards i can see this not getting the support it needs. Too many high expectations or it won't measure up to other shooters. No one has played the official game game, yet everbody has this doom appeal except a few. At a time where games are being canceled left and right for the wiiu you would think ppl would try to be alittle open minded or grateful this is still coming instead of having it pushed back to be dropped with a ps4 & xbox version!

Ive played the original on pc, its a good platformer, hard and frustrating at times but really glad i bought it on steam! Give this one a try, i think if Its like its predecessor it will be a good one!

@Quorthon based on the article that you posted, that explains how better it is to keep things the way they are! You are caught up in the hype that sony and microsoft have a better account system in place. Yes it's easier for the customer to access but also easier for internet criminals to break into. It may be hard to get your games back if stolen or lost but they have to take it at face value. Nintendo has no way of knowing that you may or may not have lost it also if you bought it digital there is a footprint for them to follow, they know you bought it but again it's a trust issue so yeah you do need to provide proof or file a report otherwise why would they take you seriously! Just because you get it from one or two companies doesn't mean another is behind especially since i hear no problems with nintendo network only issues with sony & microsoft. If it isn't broken don't fix it!

@Quorthon right but as long as you "Can" get your games back i don't really see the issue. Sony has been hacked along with Microsoft leaking credit card info. Actually not to long ago a guy had his card used to buy a game for a different console and when he went to inquire about it and get his money back , sony gave him the brush off! I think the structure of nintendo's account system is definitely better in terms of security. Is it convenient? No but as long as it protects my wallet and personal information i will take it!

@Peach64 you also have to look at how much they are selling at a loss, xbone w/o kinect costs 400$ to make they are selling it at 350 with the kinect its 471 but not everyone wants one of those useless things so, the wiiu costs around 230 to make and goes for around 300 or 250 on sale! The looking at the two i can see why microsoft would be in hot water they need 3rd party, nintendo however doesn't!

@Quorthon It would be great to get third party but Nintendo will do well with just there first and second party titles, there shouldn't be a worry at all. The point of owning multiple consoles is so you can get different experiences. Third parties are being released on ps4 & xbone also pc. Pretty much you own one you get 3rd parties, this situation forces nintendo to come out with different quality titles or revamped old titles that people want. Nintendo was in trouble but are turning a profit now. With that said the xbone just got its lead from last month after dropping the price to what the WiiU's was before when it first came out because sony was crushing them and still is but either way devs don't want to put effort into wiiu ports which in turn puts consumers off.

@electrolite77 if you bought a ps3 and continued to support 3rd party after getting shafted over and over, didn't think to maybe petition these unoptimized games for your system guess who's fault it is! The guy who automatically decided that he is absolutely powerless to stop the lazy ports! Unlike you i would rather do something like stop supporting businesses that think its okay to sell me a game with bugs & glitches.

@electrolite77 those games for the wii didn't do well because the wii remote that came out for the wii was disliked and after everyone started feeling like nintendo's wii console was all gimmick and no substance they left it to collect dust, the newer games that came out need for speed and AC didn't do well because of the whole hardware debacle after microsoft & sony announced their consoles everyone jumped ship based off the hardware specs and the wiiu started losing its userbase, look at ghost recon which was supposed to come out for it but was pulled out after the massive surge of hate for nintendo's system. Those that kept the system are the loyalists that love the franchises like mario and zelda and don't care for other games or ppl like me that take their investment seriously! The wii will always be looked at as a winning failure cause everyone bought one but stopped using it after they got tired of the motion controls.

@electrolite77 lets be honest here nintendo gamers only boycott 3rd parties because they develop sub par ports, missing online and extra modes that are available on other consoles which is still the case on WiiU. Either give us full development or don't bring it at all, why would you pay full price for half the game? That tells them that you don't care what or when you recieve it as long as you get to play it!

@KillScottKill you sir haven't read the complaints going on in the section obviously, second when watchdogs first came out it had alot of issues on top of the scale back in resolution and fps even so i never said it was broken but the third party that has been coming out has been examples CoD-AW, AC-unity, far cry 4 and so on. WD may play okay now after 6 months of delay after loads of patches and i have a Ps4 as well as WiiU sir. I don't know what you own nor do i care but so far the fact you read what i wrote as me telling people what to do! You are that sheep sir/madam go sit in the corner. What i wrote was the reaction to action that people who buy WD may cause while also trying to figure out why people want these unfinished games on their console. You would rather recieve ports from xbox then a game solely developed for the system. Enjoy WD indeed but when 3rd parties come to us with 6 month delay releases its cause people like you who think we need 3rd parties so bad that we should compromise on equality & quality across consoles! Step back and see the bigger picture!

Some of you are sad, you just want a mature title? Ok what was bayonetta 2 which also let you use the gamepad to attack! Smh watch dogs comes out, some of you roll over and complain about how nintendo hasn't made good use of the gamepad! Everything done in the video has been done by nintendo. Ubisoft didn't deliver and delayed the game 6 months and expect full retail price for a game you can get half price on the market! I believe some of you are just sheep and just look at what ever is shiny and get fixated on it like a deer caught in the head lights! Quit complaining about what nintendo isn't doing and be happy they are developing games that don't need patch work or gauze, bandages & cpr to get them working like AC unity, far cry4, WD! So far i see sheep who want to pay 60$ for broken games or don't mind voting with their wallets saying "here Ubi delay my game i don't care I'll still buy it even if you did nothing special to make it stand out "!

If you want to buy watchdogs buy it, at the end of the day it's you're money but the only thing you're doing, if the game is a crap port is supporting the idea that developers can sell you half the game at full retail at any given time because you voted with your wallet!

@brandonbwii i don't think its hard to make sales on the nintendo system i think companies expect consumers to buy whatever hits the shelf, crap ports and all but nintendo doesn't release half baked games if it isn't ready they come out and say it but these businesses believe we should accept the limitations they set on the nintendo hardware which i believe is below what it can do hence they shove the 360 port at us instead of optimizing the game or redeveloping the game for the system. If nintendo doesn't shove craptastic games at us what makes these businesses believe im going to buy theirs?

@Specter_Twilight so you don't mind paying full retail on a game that sells for 20 to 30$ on the market, may lack online multiplayer which is supposed to be part of the main experience and pay for dlc! You sir/madam are hardcore!
