@kamikazilucas What is your definition of "public"? Only people who are in the industry should be at E3 and were able to walk up to a demo pod to play Zelda, but I wouldn't call this being public. The average consumer wasn't able to get to this demo.

Why would the winning player, who has the top score, need a strategy guide?

The gold totals are based on the RRP, so if a item has a discount/sale the gold points doesn't go down. Not sure if this is on purpose or not.

I've upgraded my Wii copy of Lylat Wars to the Wii U Star Fox 64 for £1.79 and got the 10 Gold Points.

Looking at Virtue's Last Reward page, it is currently on sale for £9.99 but you will get the 30 gold points based on it's £19.99 RRP.

Two things:
1) There is an option for "Redeem a My Nintendo Point Code" in the menu. Codes in retail products coming back or for hand outs??
2) Don't like how you can't filter/sort the rewards.

I think that the box is there to teach the user how to collect points, the 100 points for "Start using My Nintendo", then how to spend points, the 50 points for the box.

When will they release? I don't think they will release over Easter, would be hard to get press coverage. That would leave the start of next week (Mon 21st to Thur 24th) or the right end of March (Tues 29th to Thurs 31st).

Probably will be the 31st knowing Nintendo.

So can get a free game in 15 weeks.

1,000 Platinum Points would normally take around 4 months to collect just by visiting the eshop and miiverse once a week. Getting a free game (My Nintendo Picross or WarioWare: Touched!) every 4 months for doing something I already do isn't too bad.

A theme would take a month.

There are some possibilities for generic movies using Nintendo IP.

Metroid: A Alien style movie, with Samus leading a team that's tracking down space pirates until metroids get involved and then things get messy.

F-Zero: A Fast and Furious style movie. Captain Falcon, bounty hunter, joins the elite racing league to track down someone or other.

Pikmin: A kid friendly Pitch Black style film.

Maybe crossed wires and it's a QOL product.
Or complete rubbish. Not much time to make games.

Smash Bros. update in August to add tournaments. Splatoon update in August to add better friend match making. Is it just me but doesn't this all point to the new all singing, all dancing Club Nintendo replacement coming in August? And no one predicting a showing of Nintendo's mobile game?

Ooh, Picross. I originally got it for the other half to play as she loves Picross. but she complained that it was to hard to see on the TV. Should be perfect on the gamepad.

Maybe they will get round to actually finishing it as well.

But this isn't just downloads. It's any content that is rated 18. No looking at the information page. No watching the videos.
It is nannying. Parents should be responsible for their kids, not Nintendo.

YES! Day one get! This game is in my top 3. I've spent countless hours playing this.
It's a game so good that I borrowed it off my cousin and never gave it back.
