Re: NES Remix 2 Features A Mode Which Mimics The 1990 Nintendo World Championship

I really want to get both NES Remix 1 and 2.. and I was about to buy the first one a few months back... BUT... once I saw that they will release a physical copy which has both NES Remix 1 and 2 on disc in Japan, I am just holding out hoping that they do the same for Europe. I much prefer physical and If I buy these 2 on eshop then they release a physical disc like Japan... I would be DEVASTATED

I have been looking at Ducktales: Remastered for a good while but was reluctant to pay £12 since I haven't played the original and have no nostalgic pull to it. Now with this price drop, I will be picking that game up for sure

"Like Donkey Kong, this game was just a waste of resources. Nintendo could have made a Starfox or Metroid"

Donkey Kong a waste of resources? By that comment I can CLEARLY tell you have never even played Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze. If you are not keen on the Donkey Kong series then fair enough, but to say it is a waste of resources is just ignorant. It was an AWESOME game and is certainly one of the best games on the Wii U and if not one of the best platformers in years!. Excellent platforming, music, everything. Also recieved sky high reviews. You just wanted a Starfox or Metroid instead. Donkey Kongs sells better than Metroid and Starfox and with the current state of the Wii U, the choice wasn't hard for Nintendo. I love Metroid and Starfox too and I do fully believe there will be both a Starfox and Metroid either on Wii U or 3DS, just be patient.

Re: NPD Data Shows More U.S. Gamers Switching to Downloads

I will be so upset when the day comes when all video games are only available digitally. Having the game disc, box and manual means a lot to me and it has done for so many years since I was a kid, looking at my shelf with my collection of games always makes me have a smile on my face.

If I can buy a game physically, there is no way I would download it digitally. I only download eshop exclusive titles, virtual console and indie titles etc because they are not available in physical form (excluding virtual console) Also, currently the download versions are even more EXPENSIVE! (yes I know the reason why). No way am I paying even MORE money for just a download without a physical box, manual and disc. Also, no re-sale value what so ever. Doesn't effect me as much though because I don't trade in games any more because the trade in prices are pathetic in my opinion, plus I collect games, but I know there are people who have to trade in games to go towards another game they want

There are many people who prefer physical copies and there are many people who prefer downloading digitally. I think they should keep both. Unfortunately, I don't think this will happen, although I am confident that Nintendo will be the last of the big three to scrap physical copies completely. Remember, this is my OPINION. I have nothing against digital downloads at all, they are just not for me. It would be awesome to have both forever

Re: Super Mario Bros. Deluxe Set For 27th February Release on the European 3DS eShop

@PVTAngrybird YOU guys got the Legend of Zelda Four Swords for FREE recently so I don't know what you are complaining about. Us Europeans were so annoyed at not getting that. The SMB deluxe is just Super Mario Bros with some new little things. Would much rather of had Four Swords with SMB Deluxe just being released for a price on eshop like it will be anyways. The game will come to North America anyways while we won't get Four Swords at all

Re: The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition Available For Free Right Now in North America

@ikki5
I can complain. I completely disagree. It is not the same. I would much rather have a GBA Zelda than GB Mario Bros deluxe. Mario Bros deluxe is just a remake of the original Super Mario Bros (which is already on eshop) but with some newish stuff and features. Four Swords is a GBA game. Which are not on the virtual console, except for the ambassador ones that people got. Four Swords the first time around wasn't that long into the 3DS life cycle apparently, so the install base was no where near the same. Plenty of people will be downloading this on their 3DS for the first time. North America will probably get Mario Bros Deluxe on the eshop for purchase anyways, while we won't get this. So this is not fair at all. Just my opinion
