i hope it's like the other releases, which means it's a port of the original Arcade, and not the SNES or MD versions (great too but the arcade much better), does anyone know if that will be the case? I mean they always release the Arcade version?
like people above already said, I Hope M2 team will continue to produce so many more conversions, like Sega Rally, Daytona, and Outrunner etc.. cause this VR version is such an amazing outcome!
Puyo puyo tetris and this new Tetris99 are def 2 great games, and they both shows how many times again Tetris was able to evolve. I hope sometime we'll see something like a new "Tetris DS" coming back with Nintendo characters "intrusion"
I got it and only played 10 mins, but I can already tell how good of a work they did, it's a fantastic port with great extras, like the wide screen mode!! Great job AM2 team!
Honestly, between the 1993 and 1998, i'd prefer the 98 one, cause the first one while was good back then, did not age so well though, and I am a retrogames lover. Overall while this could be great news, I still think there are other other titles that aged better and worth it to be ported, please don't hate me
Different choice for joycons The screen so far is fine, if they really want to improve it, maybe an 8" reducing the black borders. The of course anything in the list can be useful, more internal storage memory, little more powerfeul hardware, although it proved that great games already exists with this hardware.
I think people would appreciate more other accessories ( D-pad hint hint) and eventually some better features with the online service
Nintendolife, you guys should report this news connected to VR:
In addition, SEGA has revealed the results of their official SEGA Ages poll on Twitter, asking what games people want to see in the collection in the future. These results are based on general franchises instead of specific games unless stated otherwise. Click below to see the results.
Jet Set Radio series Shenmue (I & II) Azel: Panzer Dragoon RPG Virtua Fighter series Shining series Panzer Dragoon series Sakura Wars series Puyo Puyo series Cyber Troopers Virtual-On series Burning Ranger Skies of Arcadia NiGHTS into dreams… Golden Axe series Mushiking: The King of Beetles series Phantasy Star Online Space Channel 5 series Out Run series Sonic Adventure 1, 2 Daytona USA series SpikeOut series Die Hard Arcade series Sonic 3 & Knuckles Virtua Racing Fantasy Zone series Dragon Force series Sega Rally series Phantasy Star (old) series Guardian Heroes Out Run 2 (including SP) Wing War
I remember watching the TV show when I was a kid, the sounds effects and the music were unforgettable and so much fun, I'm glad they used so much original materials for this game! hopefully they will release a patch to fix the few technical issues, other than that it look great!
I love These 2 characters their movies and this game is amazing! I'm pretty sure a lot of European o grew up in the 80s must have heard of them..so glad they made such a great tribute game to it
@Shiryu I see you reviews also, Did you review other games that they published? So maybe you could help them to fix other little issues, I'm still waiting for the EU release of Super Burgertime (was suppose to be the 24th of May) JK
I think they took the right decision in making this a mini Direct. There is already plenty of games announced for 2018, they need to consider first and 3rd parties, cause overall not everyone can buy so many games in so little time.
I'm sure Nintendo will reveal much more throughout the 2018, big events like E3 will be coming up, and for sure more N directs as well. I think there's a big chance that another Direct will take place in March to celebrate Switch 1st birthday.
I doubt It would be so smart to reveal everything in just the first 2 weeks of the year, also this means that we can look forward for more announcements later on.
I don't think it needs any major update. Maybe just a few adjustments and additions, but I prefer a simple and fast interface like now, rather than slow and too many options like other consoles have. The pleasent background Music could be nice, but with the option of turning on/off
I'm glad to see this old classics coming back, but I would expect them to be cheaper.
Overall I think they could leave this as one option to download/purchase it, but I wish they would start giving us the "famous" nintendo classic game service included in the "on line membership" as well.
Agreed, I find the shape and colors of the SNES JAP/EUR better looking than the American version, although I do have a few friends who disagree, just a matter of tastes.
I believe the SNES games will definitely come around at some point, but I think most likely after they will have sold a bunch of SNES classic mini, or even when they will interrupt the production of the future SNES classic mini.
a bran new Mario Tennis!!! last fun one was released on Game Cube, we need a new version of it, it was so much fun (until they ruined it on the Wii with the new controllers)

Re: Capcom Switch eShop Sale Now Live, 19 Games Discounted For A Limited Time (Europe)
I wonder as other said, why ULTRA Street fighter 2 never gets discounts anymore, only once happened after a few months of its launch
Re: River City Girls Brings Classic Beat 'Em Up Action To Switch This September
I did not see this coming, looks fun and great visuals!
Re: Feature: Nintendo E3 2019 - What Are You Hoping For?
As many said before, I think there will be more details about known upcoming games, rather the real news/surprises.
Obviously it would be very nice to see some unexpected Annunciations, I won't hold my breath but let's cross fingers

Re: Sega AGES Development Team Might Localise Games That Have Never Been Translated
There are so many valuable SEGA games from the 80s-90s
Although so fare I can only think of some already localized, but never had an arcade port on home consoles (or a good port)
Golden Axe series
(specially The Revenge of Death Adder)
Outrun series (including OutRunners)
Street of Rage series
Daytona
Etc I'm sure I could find many more even from the Japanese catalogue
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (January 19th)
Outurn - Sega Ages, too bad it was not in the list

Re: Jet Set Radio Series Tops Sega AGES Poll As Most Wanted Retro Release
I agree Out Run should be in a higher positvion, maybe a nice compilation of the main 3 title would be great (original one, Outrun 2 and Outrunners)
Also Golden Axe is 13th so not bad, but could be higher, either way the entire list should be released

Re: Johnny Turbo Does The Dinosaur With Caveman Ninja
@Shiryu I see you reviews also, Did you review other games that they published?
So maybe you could help them to fix other little issues, I'm still waiting for the EU release of Super Burgertime (was suppose to be the 24th of May) JK

Re: Nintendo Direct Mini Is Happening Right Now
for being just the first announcement of the year, it was pretty cool, considering it was a Mini.
PRetty sure theyre will be many more to come in 2018.
I wonder what they will do for the Switch 1st year anniversary in March
Re: Kirby Star Allies Releases This March on Switch and Introduces New Copy Abilities

Re: Poll: The Switch eShop is Hot, But Is It Time for an Overhaul of Its User Interface?
I don't think it needs any major update.
