Re: Review: Mischief Makers (Nintendo 64)

This game is only easy if you plough through all of the levels and bosses without caring about what kind of ranking you receive. If you want to get an S Rank for every level, you'll need to master the controls and be able to perform split-second moves like that. snaps fingers It's still an incredible game regardless, and one of my favourites from any console.

Black Sabbath – “Children Of The Grave”
Dire Straits – “Money For Nothing”
Jethro Tull – “Aqualung”
Queen – “Bohemian Rhapsody”
ZZ Top – “Sharp Dressed Man (Live)” (Would prefer the studio version, but at least we're getting a ZZ Top song actually sung by ZZ Top.)

I'm glad I chose to wait on purchasing GH5. These songs alone make GH: WoR worth buying (for me at least, and yes, I know Aqualung was in RB2), and only a little over a third of the entire soundtrack has been revealed. Awesome.

On a somewhat related note, the "Publisher" category for VC was updated also. The logos were removed and the buttons were made smaller as well as more silvery in colour.

Actually, EarthBound is still rated. There's just very little chance of it being released.

Re: Review: Super Mario Sunshine (GameCube)

I loved Sunshine, although I would only rate it at an 8 at best. The camera was the worst part, as I almost always wound up with a giant obstacle inbetween Mario and the screen (especially during those crucial moments when I'm hovering from one platform to the next with a bottomless pit beneath me). The bonus stages were probably the best part of the game, aside from the Pachinko (what the hell was up with the physics in that stage?) and Pianta Toss levels.

Also...

Flash Liquidising Ultra Dousing Device

The L actually stands for "Liquidizer" (unless it's different in Australia).

Re: Cave Story to Cost 1200 Wii Points

After I buy this, that'll leave me with 600 points left over for an import NES or a TG-16 game (as well as Secret Command and a few VCA releases, but those don't interest me). Not bad.

Re: Nintendo Download: 23rd & 24th March 2010 (Japan)

I hope we get the saga games in a future hanabi festival.

Considering they were never officially translated (and as far as I can tell, they haven't been unofficially translated either), I'd say that's impossible.

Galaxy Fights looks pretty cool, although I'm more interested in Sunsoft's other Neo Geo title, Waku Waku 7.

Re: Nintendo Download 1st March 2010 (North America)

Only 2 games left til 350. Still, I doubt that counts as a milestone in NOA's opinion.

They treated 250 as a milestone (Super Mario RPG) and I'm sure they considered 50 (Kirby's Adventure) and 150 (Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels) to be milestones as well. I doubt 350 will be any different.

I'm with Toon Link, although the "Virtual Handheld" (if it ever becomes a reality) must have Pokemon Silver with an eternal battery life in order to earn my money.
