Re: Toribash Coming To WiiWare

@ness: but, i'm in America, and you're in Germany. neither one of us SHOULD be able to play that game (I don't mod my wii). otherwise i'd jump at the chance to play as Joe again.
...but this is an arguement for another day (or forum).

I've looked into videos posted elsewhere (youtube) on an older version of this game, and it looks good. Creative and brutal, but creating every move could get tedious, especially in multi-player play. do we know if there are any preset moves to work off of?

I envy you, Most-Excellent!, my first first got deleted (maybe i'm not following rules or something)

I'd assume that SE would be the translators, and the name would have it actually sell. I'm not sure about Japanese people's tendency to by games translated TO their language.

Hopefully LW2 is on its way soon!

The game (and the interview) looks very good. 1000 points sounds about right.

What worries me more than the not yet in Europe thing is actually the lack of... focus... in their games. while gyrostarr was great and this and animales (and the conduit) look great, I can't help but think what it would be like if they were big enough to publish themselves.

Still, considering just how many games they're working on for Nintendo, its possible they may become 2nd party anyway

Re: Top 20 WiiWare Games in USA (8th Oct)

I think Orbient deserves to be around where it is, and hopefully its doing well will make nintendo bring in dotstream and the rest of bit generations QUICKLY.

With the exception of Wild West Guns, the entire top 10 is either a HUGE name or one of the cheaper games on the market, which is pretty disheartening to stuff like toki tori and the slowly slipping lostwinds...

My first post here!:

Only fitting that the day after I make the realization that this might've been possible, they take it away. Still, the obvious answer is that it does cut into nintendo's ridiculous profit margin, so its an understandable move for them.

Fortunately, theres' still a bit of time for Nintendo to learn the error of their ways, before or after the dsi's release.
