How do you get more space on the 3DS to install more than a few DSiWare games? I have a large memory card, but all of the DSi games go on the paltry system memory.
Crazy Climber? That’s one of my all time favorite arcade games! I used to love that as a kid. I’ve almost bought an tabletop arcade version of it a couple of times on eBay, but the sellers always wanted it to be picked up. Day 1 purchase for me. I hope the controllers hold up to the gameplay.
I don't really blame Nintendo for the pre-order fiasco. None of the major retailers communicated or handled this correctly. Was it Nintendo's fault that Target couldn't handle the traffic? Or that Amazon and Best Buy put their pre-orders up in the middle of the night? Or that Gamestop's website crashed due to demand? I don't think so.
Now, if on Sep 29, Nintendo only sends 10 of these to each Target, Best Buy, Wal-Mart and TRU, THEN it will be their fault for not supplying the demand correctly.
Ok, what am I doing wrong here? When I try to sign in from my PC using my NNID, I am getting this error:
This Nintendo Network ID cannot be used on non-Nintendo devices like PCs or smartphones. Information on how to change this setting can be viewed using the link below. Please note that you will need to sign in again after making any setting changes.
I believe I will be double-dipping on this. This day and age, I'm usually pretty fussy about how I spend my gaming money, especially on the WiiU, but when someone puts this much effort into their work, and shows this much support for Nintendo, I intend to return the feeling. I hope Bertil continues to develop games because these two are just incredibly fun and an incredible value.
I had a bunch of the games already (Guacamelee, Steam World Dig and OlliOlli. I bought it anyway because I wanted to support this. I figure if I like just one of the games I didn't have (The Fall or Stealth Inc), then it was worth it. It also helps that I was able ot give Moon Chronicles to one son and OlliOlli for the 3DS to another. I gifted the 3 WiiU games to a friend of mine.
Good list from which to choose. The honor should go to Pac Man, Tetris or Pong though. Without Pong, there wouldn't have been anything else. Without Tetris and Pac Man, arcades in the 80s would have been lame. I'm actually surprised that Donkey Kong isn't in the list; introduced the world to Mario and Donkey Kong. They're still battling it out 35 years later.
I have to admit. I was not looking forward to playing Angler as I'm not a big fishing game fan. I love the Angler game though! I really only bought the bundle because I wanted the Zombie game, and the bundle with the Thank You discount was a much better deal than just getting one. The Zombie game is just "ok" for me. It was pretty surprising.
I haven't heard a thing about the VIP yet, so I haven't gotten it, but it looks like you can get your Street Plaza tickets much more quickly with it.
I was planning on getting the XL version for myself when I heard about it, and I was going to get the regular version for my children because they like the idea of changing the face plates. Now? Well, I've pre-ordered the Majora's Mask version for myself, and that's it. The kids are happy with their current model so I'm not sure why I need to get the new one for them.
While some of these are great games, I'm not going to buy them for the WiiU. There are boatloads of NES, SNES and N64 games that are MULTIPLAYER that they could have done. Why are they putting single-player handheld games on their home console? I have 2 boys that love to play, but there are just a handful of games that they can play together because so many games are for just 1 person.
I've passed on a lot of eShop games for the WiiU for this very reason as well. I'd like my fmaily to be able to play the family home console. Not, 1 person play while everyone else watches. Kind of boring that way.

Are the prices mentioned also for the US? Looks like they've discounted Mario vs DK, but it's only down to $34.99
