They used to, all the time. Both the set that came with my Switch, and the greys I bought to replace them. Both sets went back to Nintendo several times before the issue was properly fixed by replacing the sticks.

@EllenJMiller Believe me when I say I had no intention of collecting a full set at first. And it really hurt paying for rubbish like Iron Man / XO Manowar just to fill in gaps!

Yep, some of the carts in the group shots are non-PAL. That's because they're pics of bundles taken as I picked them up. The big group shot is all 467 PAL releases, with my non-PAL stuff in a pile of about 40 carts on the left.

And for now at least, my quest IS over. I've got one of everything that had a PAL release. My collection, my rules

I'm not saying the GBA (or the DS for that matter) doesn't have lots of great titles - I'm just not gonna go for a full collection on either machine. There are only so many variants on Imagine Hairdresser / Fashion Designer / Toilet Cleaner and Dogz / Catz / Boa Constrictorz etc. that I could stand to own
