Only setback is the amount of games being limited.

Anyway it would be just 1 big cartridge with X amount of games that you can choose on your own vs preinstalled ones.

With external cartridges tho there is no limit vs the one cartridge version of digital only games, etc.

Yet also with the digital only = same with other cartridges as all are anyway digital inside thus with the system you get a tv like screen to see and play the installed cartridge games with.

Just redeem them the platinum coins for themes the max number one can redeem them for a code, then give em' out to others, post the codes online, etc so anyone on the net can get it, etc, same for expiring gold coins....

You can also redeem the free trial of switch online, and do the same thing by giving it out to a switch owner....

The point of Paid Subscription Services is to keep the company operating in the future vs one time buys as with a subscription one can if can get back earlier customers, etc, and stay paying a set price a month, etc.....

Just tried on the N3DSXL no new firmware update...

They also removed the DS games on the main site, and DS filter...They also messed up some of the knowledge base articles such as menu updates, it is not december when the last update occured.....

I despise all possible one man/woman play games needing the internet, otherwise I skip, and get Full games offline, etc...

offline version of Super Mario Run is what I am voting for...

What I also meant was hands, fingers moving (drifting) due to the use themselves, the More stable Users probably have not this issue....

Well it is just some high energy going thru the device, maybe related to the rumble feature being on, and it rumbling without a game, etc just energy from the system itself....

It is also known that some people have nervous fingers causing it to drift or hands, etc, does your hand move or fingers slowly move when placing your hand on a table, etc....

This sounds like a non issue, the problem is the users themselves, shaky fingers, hands, etc...

Thus it is not a Lawsuit nor Nintendo issue at all...

They removed DS games from the filter when searching on nintendo.com, and removed them from the search results as well...
