I've seen Nnooo on this site commenting before. In case you guys are reading, Do you have any hints as to the next game in your series? even vague answers are appreciated.
Riiiiiiiiiight........................Ok, no I don't get it at all. But I am almost certain that we were not meant to. American culture is very different and quite frankly needs to lighten up and open it's collective mind a bit more. I think that if I "got it" it would not be as intriguing. I'll look into the game though and wait for a review
I bought it and while enjoyable, it does not look good at all on an HDTV. If it was 500 points I would not complain, but for $10 a download, I think they could have put more effort than making a simple GBA emulator
@firkaag Oh, Im not saying I know anything of Nintendo's policies or their "green" rating, I am just saying that it is pointless for greenpeace to ridicule nintendo or any company if they don't give information. Until they start talking, or greenpeace says that they don't ACTUALLY know, I dont think it is right for anyone to say anything about the matter much less publish an article (greenpeace not nintendolife). Until all the information is there it is wrong to just assume anything.
I have heard from multiple sources that nintendo simply does not give information like that to greenpeace, therefore on anything they don't submit, they assume it is the worst possible. I don't know how valid it is, but if this is true, I don't think greenpeace can say that a company does not do something, if the company simply wont say. It is like not turning in homework. Sure you may know the information taught, but without proof you get a low grade.
@Sean Aaron--that is a great idea, But I would want an incorporation of the dsi's cameras in a wiiware version. It would be nice to have a wireless connect feature to a dsi and import photos (for those that own one). Or, just pop in an sd card from a camera or dsi and import that way
If I win and ask them nice enough, I want them to use my online name (jangonov) instead of my real one. If they do use my real one I want jangonov to be my middle name
As much as I love the wii, Call of Duty is not the same experience on wii as it is on other consoles. I know that the wii offers a broad range of games and I love it for that, but if I am looking for hardcore, shoot-em up, blast everything to smithereens type of gameplay- the wii just does not measure up. On the other hand if I want good fun that I typically dont have to think about, the 360 and PS3 don't come close. Reggie has some very good points though.
Should Mr. Beeson be reading, I am currently working on a game. It is a long way off, but should it ever be picked up, you would be my first choice for a musical composer. I love your work and how fitting it is with everything I have seen it in. You are able to convey an appropriate mood for the games. Thank you very much for your art, and if my game ever does get picked up for publishing, expect an e-mail from me.
I used the original wii fit and lost 8 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks. Sadly, after about 2 months, it got tiring (and not in a physical sense) and I gave up on it out of boredom. Now my balance board sits under a coffee table collecting dust. I should pick it up again. Perhaps that will be a resolution for the new year for me
so the "green hill zone" (I know it isn't like that but you all know what part I am talking about.) Does it look A LOT like lost winds? Almost exactly? Perhaps I am crazy... but in the first trailer, I swear I saw it.
A tilt game? perhaps it is something like those maze games with the small metal BB? you just control it via the touch screen. (tap, drag, to move a corner or side)
Right there with you ryanknight717...They asked in a survey what we wanted inside the shop for NA. I told them I wanted variety of quality items. I have a DSi, What am I going to use a stylus set for DS lite for?
Should this come to America, then I will download it. It will be my first Neo-Geo title ever, but I am looking into others now, as it is one of the few consoles I have never touched.
I am buying at least 2. One for actual note taking and one for stupid things like doodles and such. When I was a kid, I had a steno pad most of the time to write things down. Now I don't need paper
ok, that's cool and all, but I wouldn't call it a main feature until you add an automatic scoring system in the game. Would it be that hard to make a mode that can keep track of a basic score from completing a box?
a 10?! really?! Not that I disagree, because I havn't played it but I was thinking "oh well, Im sure I can wait untill I get it for christmas or something..Ill be fine". Now I have to go buy it the second it is released. Nintendo loves my wallet.
I have heard the 64 was hard to develop for before. I remember a lot of people in the dev community at the time ripping on how hard everything was and how it was "limited". "limited" was a popular word then for it
@nathan lol I've thought that would happen and after working retail, I know itll be true one day. I never have to give change. Still it would be nice to see that come to america. Heck Id shell out extra money for it
@jayarr Dont forget the football! seriously though, this looks a little pointless. Heck if I wanted to I could hook up a stationary bike in front of my t.v. and then I could play anything I want rather than be limited to ....cleaning the earth?!?!? They did say "the planet" but not which planet. Who knows? Maybe it'll be set on Mars
@Kawaiipikachu I didnt mean that it wasn't used anymore but I can see how one might think that from my post. You are right though. What I meant was that they are rarely used in the video game industry now. SD is just a little easier for everyone since people who are new to the industry can look at that and say "oh, just like my digital camera". sorry for the misunderstanding. back on topic I hope that there is a bit of an incentive for people to turn in someone selling them.
I wonder if NOA will put something similar on their site. Ill admit though I bought something that was a bit like R4 (before R4 was made) where the memory plugged into the GBA slot of my DS original at wal-mart. I never pirated though. I only used it to play movies and music. It was big and clunky (The memory had to wrap around the system because it used the, now obsolete, compact flash) and when I bought it I had no knowledge that you could pirate games onto it. I thought it was a way to get mini games made by users. When the DSi was announced, I thought it was amazing because I could do everything legally. -mini games= dsiware music= dsisound video=.....oh wait... STILL I never used the device to pirate games as I like to see sequels and they need money to do that. I feel bad for buying a device that COULD be used for illegal activity- even though I never did.
I actually liked the second one (I downloaded the first as well) and I thought the lessons helped a lot. It is kinda cool to impress my friends with the beautiful art I can make on it. I know it would be hard to do but the dsi shop should have the ability to check if you downloaded the first and give you a discount on the other lessons. 1600 points for 2 lessons IS a bit rich. And didnt the second lesson description promise more tools? by the way, GREAT REVIEW. I love how you used words that were artsy like saying that the hindrance of the program casts a shadow over an otherwise colorful program. Very artistic writing
I dont see why so many people are refusing this update. I downloaded it and mine runs fine still. (I also never hacked my wii though) I suppose if you did you should avoid it though

I have it on my PS3 360 and my laptop. While I welcome it for other users, I personally doubt I will bother with it.
