The screenshots kinda remind me of Zool, which had me hooked as a kid. I may check this out if I find myself with more money than expected by the end of the month!
Been playing the Japanese demo of this for months now, and I love it. It seems to be one of those games that would irritate the hell out of some people (my Wife, for example) and thoroughly please and entertain others, like myself.
The only annoying thing is, if you've been playing other multiplayer games before you pick this up again, it's easy to forget that you can't fall/jump any more than a few bloody inches without snuffing it! Haha.
My 3DS was stolen from my car about a week after I bought my Switch. I wasn't going to bother replacing it, but some of the deals and new games are making me seriously reconsider.
@legendwaker I came here to post pretty much the exact same thing! People can't believe I've never seen this game, let alone played it. I've only heard good things though, so I'm looking forward to getting stuck in.
Pardon my unintentional ignorance, but exactly what the hell is this "waggle" thing? Or is it painfully obvious from the name? It's not just waggling the controller is it?
Sounds weird for someone of my age to admit, but things with huge colossal monsters in really give me the creeps. I don't know why. Even Shadow of the Colossus was a hard play for me, (especially the underwater "boss"). This does look great though.
@jwfurness Yes, it's called "Magical Flying Hat Turbo Adventure" in English, and is one of my favourite games ever. It's weird actually, because I bought Decap Attack after I finally got a non-imported Mega Drive and didn't like it at all, despite it almost being the same game. It's like Night and Day though I guess; this has a very bright, colourful art style, and even most of the enemies look kind of friendly, where as Decap Attack is all 'spooky' themed.
Been a while since a played a good shmup. Never played this, but after watching a couple of videos, and reminiscing momentarily over how awesome Raiden Trad is, I was thinking of giving this a go. The multiplayer has clinched it I reckon.

Re: Review: Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive (Switch eShop)
Hmmm, I'm pretty intrigued by this one. £7 isn't too shabby, either.
Re: Video: Watch The Super Mario Odyssey Dominoes Come Toppling Down
Okay, that's pretty damn impressive.

Re: Review: Sparkle 2 (Switch eShop)
I loved Zuma, and it's the price of a pint in London, so yeah. I think I'll grab this.
Re: Poll: The Switch eShop is Hot, But Is It Time for an Overhaul of Its User Interface?
Another one on team music, here.
Re: Video: Here's What FIFA 18 Looks Like On Nintendo Switch
Did you have to play as the inbreds?
Re: Review: Thimbleweed Park (Switch eShop)
I was won over at the mentions of Twin Peaks, if I'm honest.
Re: 2K Hopes To Slam Dunk The Bugs In NBA 2K18 on Nintendo Switch
At least they're on the case, I guess.

Re: Review: Pokkén Tournament DX (Switch)
The demo hasn't really grabbed me, if I'm honest. I'll spend a bit more time with it and see how I feel at the weekend.
Re: Review: Sine Mora EX (Switch)
I really enjoyed this when I had it on my Ouya. Not enough to warrant paying that much just to carry it around with me, though.

Re: Sine Mora EX
I enjoyed playing this when I had my Ouya. Might get it again; if only for some of the nifty visuals.
Re: Review: Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition (Switch)
@Damo Thank you! I agree wholeheartedly. I can still play it for hours on end. The OST and sound effects whizz me straight back to being a kid again.
Re: Hands On: Super Mario Odyssey Looks Set To Continue Switch’s Year of Hits
Pretty sure this should be treated equally as mandatory as BotW.
Re: Review: Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition (Switch)
Yup, gonna have to get me this, seeing as I haven't got any of the others.
Re: FAST RMX Version 1.3 Goes Live on 13th September
@Curlynob Same here. Gives me that F-Zero/Wipeout feeling of nostalgia.
