All I want is a new charger weapon. Is that too much to ask Nintendo?! And by a new charger I don't mean more iterations on the bamboozler, that doesn't count.

Although tbh I have no idea what they could add to a charger to define it as a new weapon in and of itself, but at the same time I'm assuming the Splatoon devs are smarter than me here so I'm sure they can come up with something

Still a little hesitant on that threshold of S+10 for rank X. I'm S+10+ in 3 of the 4 modes (I'm pretty trash at clam blitz) but less than S+20 in all and I'll often find that I go against people that just absolutely wreck me. There's still a significant difference between someone at S+16 and someone at S+50. Still I suppose it does add an additional layer of balance for those around S+0 even if that means that I'm now gonna have a harder time with a tougher crowd.

As a Samus main, I've found that Bayonetta actually isn't that bad of an opponent. When the DLC came out I actually struggled a lot with Corrin matchups but I've only lost to a Bayo (for glory 1v1) like 5 times. Don't know if that's because Samus is a good counter pick or maybe I just haven't played any good Bayos. Anyway I don't see a problem with people using her.

@AVahne I have to say I agree. For me, Awakening is probably the weakest of the games that I've played. I'd say for me the strongest was probably Sacred Stones which I got to play thanks to the ambassador program. Awakening just seemed shallow and I think the pairing up system made it a little too easy for me and removed a layer of strategy (except lunatic mode, haven't cracked that yet).

Custom E-liter 3K for me all the way. I've tried out maybe 3 weapons that aren't chargers in this game and it's really just not how I play. I've always preferred being a support character rather than being in the thick of it anyway. (On the down side though, that means I can never survive more than a few seconds with the rainmaker, so I never pick it up anymore)

Why does it look like they just took a Gigginox and added legs? Ugh, I hated the thing as it was. Now it can run too...? * sigh *

Fire Emblem Awakening was already my least favourite entry in the series because it was just so darn easy (except on lunatic mode), so the introduction of even more features to make this game easier is a bit of a disappointment for me. Still, if they include options to turn those features off so that players can still get a decent challenge out of the game, I'm all for making it accessible to new players I suppose.

Anyone know how much Etrian Odyssey is discounted? I liked the demo so I might buy it if the price is right.

Wish we had weekly updates like this in the other regions. I'd love to get a broader picture of how wii U is doing elsewhere. Oh well, glad to see at least a small boost over there in Japan.

I wouldn't really care about EA at all, except that they have the rights to the star wars games and that's all thati want from them. Unfortunately I doubt that I'll be able to play any star wars games on my wii u. Oh well.

I'm actually kinda disappointed that I now have to choose between Samus and Zero Suit Samus, it was nice being able to switch between them. Hopefully though because of this Zero Suit Samus will get a better smash than last time.

Meh, I'm not big on platformers in the first place. I'll pass.

Well I'm kinda disappointed by the non-circuitous design of the boards, but all in all it could still end up being fun, so I'm still gonna go for it. I don't really care about the single player anyway, so that's not a major loss for me. I'm getting this to play with my friends.

Yes! My second best player (after Samus) confirmed! I was worried that with the roster changes they would have decided to use only regular link. Now they just need to bring back ROB and my team will be complete.

Usually I might be annoyed about them changing the best ever group of starters, even if it does make them better, but this time I find that I really don't mind. And I gotta admit, they look pretty freaking awesome.

This is kind of off topic, but does anyone know if I can delete a downloaded game on my Wii U and keep the save files. I want to download Splinter Cell, and I'm waiting on an external storage drive, but I want to play it sooner so I'm going to delete one of my other games to make space but I want to keep my save files. Can I?

@yoshisaredragon he does quite a lot of kingdom hearts music, probably even more than his Zelda music, so if you follow him, you would be quite surprised not to hear any KH music.

I love listening to Kyle Landry. He is the most amazing piano player that I've ever heard. Unfortunately, I'm on vacation in America now and so my only access to the internet is through my 3DS, so I havn't been able to watch as yet. Soon, though, soon.

@Caramel I think he means that the team feels exhausted after making 20 characters but then he implies that they go beyond that number for the fans.

Of course this is just Japan. We still have to wait to see if similar results happen in other regions. I hope so.

Wow... looking at these comments I feel really alone. None of my 3 friends play animal crossing and I've only ever gotten a single streetpass from someone I didn't know. As a result my streetpass mii plaza is pretty incomplete.

It looked like it would have been so fun to be there! I would have lined up so many times just to play the SSB demo and Mario Kart as well. Maybe someday I'll be there too...

I'm torn because I want October to arrive ASAP, but I also want my Summer Vacation (starting today!) to last. Do I want time to fly or not? I'm tearing myself in half! Pokemon, I'll be waiting for you.

Luckily, I don't like sports games. As long as the next Star Wars game comes out on all consoles, I am satisfied. If not, then anybody is free to join me in my very own angry mob (pitchforks and torches not included).

I don't care what anybody says. Other M was an excellent game with an excellent story. I would give it a minimum of 9/10. Realistically more of a 9.5. Why does everybody dislike it so much?

It's really surprising to me just how many people own one of these. I thought that they were really rare. Though I suppose this is a site where many major Nintendo fans would be found. Wish I could play one.

My wiimote batteries have always been rechargeable. I wasn't aware that they didn't come like that.

@Yamagushi That sounds like the weak comeback of someone who's obviously lost an argument. Being as closed minded as you are being prevents you from learning anything. In most arguments, others will at least bring one or two valid points that you may have overlooked. The fact that you have disagreed with all points shows that you are like a small child who believes that he can win an argument by shouting the loudest. Do us all a favour and grow up.

@Yamagushi So basically what you're saying is that if I were to purchase a Wii U game with my own money, then my little brother should have to go to the store and get his own copy just so he can play?! This is essentially the same as your friend argument.

Even Nintendo disagrees with you. If I download something on my Wii U user, all of the users on the Wii U will get a copy of the game that was only payed for once by me.

@Midnight3DS Do you have something against caring about Star Wars? I've never seen the point of making more than one version of a sports game, but Star Wars games are a new experience almost every time.

I've played quite a few of the Wario-Ware games and while they can be extremely entertaining I'm not sure if it's really worth the money of a full retail game, discounted or not. If the price gets any lower then I'll probably pick it up.

@Meaty-cheeky regardless i always prefer to play with the 3d on. I would be fine with less impressive visuals to keep the 3d effect intact.
