Its just getting a name change because of DSiWare, thats all.

This is being called the "Farewell Edition" since the Wii-kly Update is getting a name change to "Nintendo Download" next week to blanket the DSiWare games in there.

This isnt so bad, considering we just came out of 6 VC games overall last week. Coupled with the fact that the PR is getting a mini-overhaul next week this totally has "calm before the storm" written all over it.

If it works as an outlet to give the rest of the world the original Rhythm Heaven, I'll take it!

The last two weeks of singularity were probably because of the 4 VC games sandwiched in between them.

It'll probably go back to doubles next week.

I can see where you would get confused. Its not that Sin and Punishment didnt need translating. Its just that it didnt need much of it. I think they just did work on the menus and tutorial and thats it.

I didnt know the 8-bit versions of Columns and Ecco have fans. Im impressed.

Or at least another Bit.Trip game is. Can't recall if it was actually BEAT or not.

I believe it was Bit.Trip in general, like 5 or 6 of them, I can't recall. So its basically Art Style all over again, which has me pretty excited. Although itd be nice to know how fast theyll be pumping them out.

If anyone's curious, according to the IGN review, this game is 600 points.

I'm definately getting one. Just not on Launch Day since Im too poor (plus Ill be picking up Rhythm Heaven that day) but Im 100% getting one.

If the Virtual Console can't use Controller Packs or Rumble Packs, Why would it be able to use Expansion Packs?

Because Rumble Pak and Controller Pak were (as far as Nintendo's games go) additional options. For Majora's Mask and DK64, Expansion Pak was a requirement, so the parameters are a little different here.

I could actually see this game getting a solid 5 or 6.

Not exactly a 'gotta-have' title or anything but I bet it does what it tries to accomplish. Kinda like Yummy Yummy or Major League Eating or Potpourii.

No, it wasnt. What happened was that this site added it to the Coming Soon List with the assumption that being a fan favorite, theyd have to bring it over sometime.

Wouldnt it be easier to release Revenge of Shinobi in Japan? Arent they less sue-happy about legal issue there?

To tell you the truth, even I was a little skeptical but when I saw that there was more to it then just tossing a ball back and forth I started to be a little more anticipated.

I'm just guessing here, but most of us bought a Nintendo system because we are Nintendo fans, not because we are C64 fans.

That doesnt mean Im not open to the idea that there are good games on non-Nintendo systems.

Argh what a shame! It sounds like some other users had a lot more fun with the title and now this review is probably going to turn away potential fans.

Youre expecting a lot there. I dont think theres even that many RPGs on XBLA or PSN so why should WiiWare be any different?

And I understand there is a one month thing going on here but the rules have been bended before. Nobody remembers? There was at least one occasion where we got 2 Gameloft games in a month and back in September we got both My Aquarium and Bomberman Blast in the same month, so dont rule out the possibility of Onslaught or Samegame coming out this month or more likely, both coming out next month.

Pikmin 1 Wii and Pikmin 3 are seperate announcements. Besides, the Wii version doesnt sound too bad.

I always believed those did well because people assumed they were getting the Genesis version for a cheaper cost.

The ClayFighter game that was re rated was ClayFighter 63 and 1/3 by the ESRB.
I always believed this was a mistake on the ESRBs part and they meant to rate Clayfighter 1 for Genesis that day.

I think the fact that there were more video games in Japan in the first place might have something to do with it.
