I used to be amiibo crazy back when they were a new thing and I still collect them today. Mainly the Smash Bros. line and the ones that look cool to me from other lines that are officially released in the U.S.
I personally won't be buying this game because I already played and 100%'d the original. But it's great that Switch owners who have never played the original on the Wii will be able to experience a Kirby classic like Return to Dreamland for the first time.
Although, I do think it is a bit overpriced though...
@Type_Trubbish If they did include any of the confidants, I'm pretty sure Haru and Ryuji (and maybe Morgana) wouldn't have been in the top 10 for this poll. So as a Haru fan I'm very grateful for that. 😅
@MatoFilipovic They probably just don't have any new ideas for a new Rhythm Heaven game unfortunately. Which is likely why Rhythm Heaven Megamix was just a compilation of older rhythm microgames with a few new ones sprinkled in.
This review pretty much sums up how I feel about the game too. A solid game to scratch that Rhythm Heaven itch if you don't own any of the past entries anymore.
I'm definitely in a minority, but I personally believe Yurukill: The Calumniation Games is an underated hidden gem. I really enjoyed the story and the shmup sections were a nice change of pace from the slow visual novel/puzzle aspect of the game.

Re: Video: What's Going On With Kirby Right Now?
@ActionPanther Yeah, that sounds like a better idea.
Re: Video: What's Going On With Kirby Right Now?
@ActionPanther Well, first we need an HD remake of Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. Then Epic Yarn HD can come after.
Re: Video: What's Going On With Kirby Right Now?
@Hoshiko That would be a dream (land) come true! 🤩

I knew Haru was going to be last on this poll before even clicking on this article... 😔

My top 5 would be:

3. Kirby and the Forgotten Land
2. Pokémon Scarlet/Violet
1. Yurukill: The Calumniation Games
Re: Backlog Club: Nintendo Life's Games Of Not-This-Year Awards 2022
Definitely Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for me. I loved that game when it came out and I still play it once in a while to this day.
