I don't understand what you're saying here. I play on the Deck on my lunch break in the car pretty much every day.

Got a Steam Deck a couple of weeks ago and it's really opened my eyes to the difference in value between PC and console gaming. Today, I bought a Resident Evil bundle that included 10 Resident Evil games including the remakes of 2 and 3 for under €30! A "sale" price for the likes of New Super Mario Brothers is always about €40. It's ridiculous.

@BloodNinja Fishy? All I'm saying is if you turn on your Steam Deck, go into desktop mode, go into Discovery (the app store on desktop mode) you will find Yuzu readily available to install. It's then a simple matter of right clicking on Yuzu and selecting Add To Steam and voilà, Yuzu is available in your Steam Deck. Yuzu might not be available on the Steam Store but it is readily available on the Steam Deck, it's how the guy on Twitter has Xenoblade 3 running on it. These are all facts, nothing to be suspicious about

@BloodNinja No, it's an emulator app. It was just an FYI for your original comment. Yuzu is freely available on Steam Deck and after a couple of clicks can be added to the Steam OS. From what I've read some games work right out of the box (so to speak) on it whereas others can be stuttery etc.

@BloodNinja Have a Steam Deck myself, in the app section (Discovery) in Desktop mode Yuzu is available to download.

So that's Mario Party, Tennis, Switch Sports, Strikers all lacking content. If Nintendo gave these games as much attention as the likes of Smash Brothers and Kart they would be knocking it out of the park time after time. Pity.

Anybody know where I could pick up a Sonic the Hedgehog ceramic bowl? I've been looking online, including the Sega shop linked in this article but can't find one. The closest I found was a noodle bowl but the cost including shipping was very high. Looking to give it to my son as a breakfast bowl.

@MrGawain Exactly what I was thinking, the original rumour stated that there was a new racing twist, not sure how it has blown up to mean this Nintendo Kart thing? A lot of people are going to be disappointed that the thing they made up in their own heads is probably not going to happen! Such is the internet.

With first the Steam Deck and now this I'll have a nice bit of extra cash free for other things.

Played through on Stadia, really cool game, I'd never really played a narrative led game like this before, really felt like I could relax, take my time and explore all options. Voice acting is top notch. Led me to try Oxenfree on Switch after that, another excellent game.

Has there been any information about online play for this? I've never played a Mario Party game but I have nobody to play locally really so not much point getting it if there isn't a good online mode I suppose!

After reading this I just went ahead and bought it on the Google Play Store, I can play it with the Razer Kishi. Will definitely get it if it ever comes to Switch too, such a great game, I remember picking it up on the day of release back in '97.

Was waiting on a sale for it on Stadia, didn't know it was heading to Switch, guess I'll hang on a bit long then.

Select “Change Settings.”
Scroll down and change DNS Settings to “Manual.”
Set your Primary DNS address to 8.8.8.8
Set your Secondary DNS address to 8.8.4.4
Select “Save.”
Back out and retry the download.
If this doesn’t work, or it somehow creates new connection issues, go back to the network settings and change the DNS settings back to “Automatic.

With the exception of Breath of the Wild, SMT V and Wario, it was pretty much ports and remasters. Even Metroid Dread is a remaster of an unreleased game from 2006.

Ah. Sorry man. Very strange that it would work for one person but not another. Just to let you know the steps I followed in order were, clear the cache in system settings, restart the Switch, follow the steps I posted above, clicked on the download on the home screen, after the error click Continue.

Hope you get it sorted soon, I was pulling my hair out because I had just bought Hades and Crash Trilogy and they wouldn't download! 🤬😂

Cool, was thinking of handing my 4 year old a pad for the first time over the coming months and he's mad about Sonic so a combo of this and Paw Patrol sounds like the perfect intro.

@Ganner Just don't watch the videos, that's what I do for games and movies. They're hard to avoid sometimes but you still have to press play etc. Just don't!

Why would you be worried anyway? If it was true and you liked it you could buy it and enjoy it alongside your Switch. You're not locked to one gaming platform. And it might light a fire under Nintendo to start releasing actual new games instead of ports of years old games. Everyone would benefit.

@thejuice027 In Breath of the Wild you explore, in Mario Odyssey you jump on platforms, in Final Fantasy you take turns hitting enemies to make numbers bigger. Anything can be boring if you yourself want it to be. Meanwhile, the rest of us will enjoy great games for what they are 👍

Though not technically a Nintendo game, I really wish an actual new game was on the horizon. Getting sick of remakes, remasters and Wii U re-releases.

I have a Razer Kishi and currently use it with my S20 for Stadia and emulation, it's fantastic. A little pricey but if you have the cash to burn I couldn't recommend it enough.

Quick question, if I put a code up for my Dream Island do I need to be online for people to visit?

Didn't even know there was a movie in the works, cool. Live action sounds interesting, worked for Sonic, looking forward to seeing more on this.
