Other elements of the online safety act are around illegal, harmful content and abusive content.

For a long time we have enforced our community rules that prohibit all of these from our site(s).

@nocdaes it's a bit of a grey area, generally speaking it's not really good form to reveal embargo dates without the express permission of a publisher/developer, but in reality it happens a lot regardless of what the embargo asks for.

@Waluigi thanks and no problem. We've now updated our CMS so that guides like this are also hidden from the /news page along with the /timeline page (and any other listing) to try and avoid spoilers. It's also hidden from the feed that Google News crawls, but the page will still get spidered by Google, so can't be 100% certain it will avoid it appearing in Google News, but that's about all we can do it stop it. Thanks for your understanding!

To all those commenting regarding spoilers: this article is marked as hidden on all of our feeds around the website, so you won't see it on the homepage news feed. This was deliberate as we wanted to avoid spoilers for anyone visiting our site.

However, it appears that if you are viewing a feed on Google News (a third party website/platform) then this page appears... something that we can't control when other sites pick up our articles.

That being said, we'll see if it is technically possible to prevent/stop/block Google from including this kind of article within in Google News feeds going forward as this is the first time we've heard of it being an issue.
