For a small studio Team Meat are kind of narcissistic. Even if they've got too much time on their hands they're still trying to get more people to play their games, and that includes those who really don't appreciate the kinds of things they are talking about.
@HugoSmits @DLAROC That is true, just the same as it was with GameCube. It's hard to market things, though, what with the latest investment demographic behaving childishly like trolls or vultures.
Very constructive criticism! Do you think however, Hugo, that big publishers like Square Enix who at least want to give small devs a chance through their DNA program might use Wii U to their advantage? I believe it's just another sneaky way to get you guys to expand a major corporation's portfolio.
Hmmm that's odd cause the few projects I've funded, and at $5 tops for each of them, seem to be moving along quite nicely and even have videos playing (Shadow of the Eternals is the only exception since it was canceled)
I blame the market itself more than Nintendo. What was once an industry primarily dedicated to making fun games is now forced to function under a ridiculous business model made to attract media and Wall Street snobs as well as exploit culture all for the sake of market restoration.
Perhaps if Nintendo can allow its Gamepad to interact with TV's as a remote then it can interact with other devices such as Apple TV to help sell to those without a Wii U. :/
Capcom, even in this day and age, can never let go of their Nintendo fanboyism. That's likely why Non-Nintendo titles like RE5 and 6 suck donkey, with their fighting games being the only exception. Please watch the profanity — TBD
@Warruz That there's a Akihiko Yoshida trademark, my friend. His characters' faces always looked like this (ie without noses) since Ogre Battle and FFTactics, with Vagrant Story and FF12 being the only exceptions.
He wants to make a new game for Wii U, and not another Bioshock, I'm sure of it. If he can at least make it live up to his name or as good as Zelda, or both, then I'm all for it.
Is it just me or does this update behave differently depending on the region? MiiVerse works great but now I'm locked out of the eShop on both systems.
Once again, the bitter half of Epic that is Mark Rein continues to bash everything Nintendo is involved in, while Cliffy B. has been out of the studio for about a year and is praising Mario 3D World.
I dislike those pompous "investor" types who are far too wealthy to understand the current state of business affairs. And also, they don't know poopsiedoodoocacapoopiedoodoos about gaming industry. Please watch the profanity — TBD

Re: EA's Peter Moore States That "Nintendo's A Great Partner" In Reaction To Claims of "Dead" Relationship
Advice for EA: just sell yourselves to a bigger company like Lucasfilm/Arts did before things look REALLY bad.
Re: Exclusive: Wales Interactive Highlights "Very Positive" Relationship With Nintendo, Plans More Wii U Releases
Wii U gets a little bit of a Doctor Who vibe (the series is also produced in Wales).
Re: Sakurai Reiterates That There'll Be No Subspace Emissary-Style Story in Super Smash Bros.
Sakurai typed "Where am I... ?" above the screenshot. Sounds like a Hotel Mario cutscene reference. XDD

I don't see how this differs from, say, talking on a forum and getting a straight response from another member, which never seems to happen. :/

Re: Video: Comedian Wayne Brady Gets a Tad Excited About Wii Party U
Not quite as good as Whose Line, still way better than The Wayne Brady Show (that was a disaster).
Re: David Jaffe Is A Massive Fan Of Nintendo, But Thinks The Company Should Sell Out To Disney
This guy is too self-absorbed into rehashing sequel after sequel to understand how business truly works.
