@AceTrainerBloke Dark Souls remastered is on switch.. it is a masterpiece! You will probably want to quit a couple of hours in… But if you stick with it, it can be one if the best gaming experiences of your life. It was for me.

Of course it is worth it! These are two full 10/10 games! To be honest I’m suprised they actually bundled them together as they easily could have sold them separately at full price. So sick of people complaining about prices.. noone is forcing you to buy these games.

Maybe they already said this but will the upgraded Windwaker on the gamecube app be widescreen?

I’m so sad the focus on the switch 2 release has been so focused on the price.

I am really hyped for this system and I want to deep dive in articles and YouTube videos but the comment sections are so often not about the article topic and just filled with negativity.. Either about the prices or some other new move Nintendo has made.

I understand that this sucks for many people.. but times are different. Everything is more expensive. Also for Nintendo who has to get all the parts for the system and pay decent wages for its staff.

I preordered as soon as I could and I am really looking forward to see what else Nintendo has in store for us.

I am really excited to play this again on the switch! I really don`understand why people have a problem with it's existence. It is not like anyone is forcing me to buy it again but I don't feel like digging through the attic for my old wii. I will happily pay full price for this gem of a game on the switch. Bring on more remasters of old classics so we can have an even bigger collection on the switch systems.

Does anyone know how Balatro is on mobile? I have a long bus ride ahead of me and won’t be able to bring my switch. I have never player Balatro before.

I was positively suprised. Great they had a bigger focus on Indie Games this year!

This whole game is my favorite area!

I like that Nintendo is so unpredictable.. You never know what might happen and that makes it exciting to be a fan.. suddenly they annouce a direct the next day and 24 hours later you are playing a new and shiny metroid prime:)

I think the Mii’s are part of the reason the Wii U failed..
For the Wii it was a fun lite gimmick for a while, and it attracted a lot of casual players. but they took it too far and many gamers thougt Nintendo become more of a children’s console then a serious contender.

Myself included..

I had serious doubts about the switch when they revealed it because I didn’t want another gimmick console but now I like it more then any other system. And I think a big reason is that with a sleek, more elegant design (especially the oled), and a simple yet refined menu (without a bunch of mii’s running around) it feels more serious.

Hopefully they will keep the mii’s to only certain games moving forward so that fans can choose themselves.

‘Metroidvanias’ I really like is Guacamelee 1&2, Yoku’s Island Express, Dread, Super Metroid and the Ori games. All very different from each other but all fantastic.. but Hollow Knight is by far the best metroidvania I have ever played.. it’s probably my favorite game of any genre.

It will be worth the wait!
Keep in mind that this game is only made by three people.. And its only their second release ever. With all the praise Hollow Knight got, and the insane hype around Silksong, I’m sure they want to take their time and make sure it lives up to all the expectations.

If this is as good as it looks, I wish Nintendo would just buy them and release this game in stead of shutting it down. More 2D metroid would be fantastic while we wait for Prime 4

Silksong? Is this finally it?!

Bapanada! Forget Cyberpunk, Valhalla, Mario 3D all stars and every other big release this year. Silksong has been my most anticipated game for sure! Is it finally time?

Yes!! This must be the second best thing they could have announced.. The best would be Silksong but this will certainly make the wait better:)
