Re: Shantae And The Pirate's Curse

❗I bought this Game for £15💷 CIB in 2019.

After I completed it, realised I didn't enjoy it much and that I wouldn't ever re-play it and sold it for £90 on E-Bay in 2021.

@RainbowGazelle I have a CIB copy but won't sell it as I actually like the Game, unlike 'Shantae: The Pirate's Curse' on 3DS.

I bought it CIB for £15 in 2019 and sold it for £90 in 2021.

Do you still have 'Solatorobo' or did you sell it?

Re: Review: Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (3DS eShop / GBC)

❗I have bought this Game nearly everytime this has been released.

So I've had it on:

🔸️NES
🔸️SNES (as part of 'Super Mario Allstars')
🔸️GBC
🔸️GBA
🔸️Wii VC
🔸️3DS VC
🔸️NES Mini
🔸️Mario 35 G&W

This is the Game that got me into Gaming back in 1992 and it is my favourite NES Game and one of my favourite Games of all time.

❗I WISH they'd bring this back...

Even though I no longer have a GC, I rebought this for collections' sake and re-cased it in a silver "Player's Choice" case as it goes better with the box art.

Re: Review: Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order - Arcade Brawling Is Back, Baby

❗This was one of the five Games I bought a Switch for back in July 2020 and I've FINALLY gotten round to playing it (as of Tues 5th Oct 2021).

While I think it's a fine Game, I prefer the first two Games (which I had on PS3) as there was so much more to them.

For example, each character had three or four costumes to wear which would alter their special moves and various pick-ups to buff their stats.

In MUA3, from what I've gathered so far, there's only about three characters that have one other costume and there are no pick-up buffs.

You could say this Game has ISO-8 but this works differently as ANY character can use ANY ISO-8 whereas the pick-up buffs could only be used by certain characters.

In MUA1 and MUA2, the walls of each area could be pointlessly destroyed which I would still do anyway simply for the fact that it could be done.

THANKFULLY, that has been done away with in MUA3 as it really was such a time waste.

Once I compete the Main Story and buy and complete the DLC for it, I'll still keep the Game as there are NO current Games where I can play as Wesley Snipes' Blade.

Re: Arc System Works Reveals Its Debut Trailer For River City Girls 2

@Wavey84 Both didn't do it for me.

I'm not saying RCG1 is a bad Game; It's well-made but @NintendoJunkie is right when s/he says baddies are damage sponges.

Also, going back to certain areas even after you've cleared them re-spawns baddies.

I HATE RE-SPAWNING BADDIES!

It feels cheap and cheaty.

SPvTW and DD:N didn't do this and as regards the DD:N visuals/graphics, I don't think they're that bad.

Visuals help a game but games are about fun and I had more fun with DD:N than with RCG1.
