Got mine from NA with the cheesy plastic.No dome..I would have settled for a full intact box.Very dissapointed.And it was 60,not the 55 I heard from most everyone else..

Im interested in this game but it wont be a day one or month purchase for me. Ubisoft is notorious for slashing game prices.Saw rayman legends for 40$ at gamestop.I dont like the current gen graphics remark,but Im expecting big things from this title.Hope we dont get another weak port

Yes! Yes! Purchasing day one on eshop because this is one game I won't want to part with..

I would be more excited about a GameCube virtual console featuring Luigis mansion. I've played through dark moon it's an exceptional game on the 3ds.But Nintendo needs original ideas to make wiiu flourish not more ports.

It's the same song and dance from developers and us the consumers...But isn't the pc version,the game of the year 2013 per IGN?

I call be bs too. everygame has to be tweaked to make use of the gamepad. They aren't doing anything groundbreaking and shouldn't be praised for tiptoeing around the issue

Nintendo is notorious for nickel and diming their loyal fan fanbase when it comes to this stuff. I don't see this feature being implement.besides NOA handles the hype machine. They aren't informed when it comes to insider news.

Awesome direct.Of course any Nintendo news is good news.Minus the link shirt WTH was that?Nothing mind blowing but 3D world looks innovative.Day one purchase for me.Kirby looks like great fun too.Kinda bummed about DK but it just gives me more time to save my pennies..

Buying this for my son. He loved lego batman2 on his 3ds and he will no doubt enjoy this

Nintendo first party exclusives dont have multiplayer either.(I got w101 and its ok)Thats never been a deal breaker for me. but it doesnt satisfy the hardcore fan..I got lost worlds,WW,and 3d world coming in the span of a month.So this game's an after thought..

Just preordered from gamestop. Although they couldn't confirm the deadly 6 edition yet. It's still only 50,that's a bargain for a new epic looking release..

@Gerbwmu,thats awesome.Me and my 5 year old son are maybe 40% done on chapter 10 or so.I love games that can make both your kids and you smile.
I just downloaded Rayman Legends...Its legit But since its digital(my first) I will be sad when its 100 Complete and all it will do then is eat up space.But with all the games on the way.That wont be a problem for awhile

I bought this game months ago.The visuals are superb.The game play is charming.But the lack of tutorials and real lack of direction has turned me off completely.I played it for a few days before just giving up.Cant wait to try the improved game

@rjejr,my guess is that its a character intro.
My fav screen shot is DK,Its interesting how much RD their putting in making the characters balanced.Hope DK stays beastly seeing how slow he is.But I wish they would talk about the active role namco is playing in this game.I want to hear about the advances in online multiplayer

I would have bought rayman had it been released in Feb.Now Id rather buy first party titles...Also pikmin3 is fantastic but I too am a little miffed you cant just explore after completing the game.I said I was going to restart the game but eh,thats a hassle.And im not to interested in the challenges.I got no one to play bingo battle with so I probably wont pick it back up till DC is released...

As a father who bought his son a 3ds xl and ipad mini. I gotta say my son loves his ipad more than his ds. The library is unlimited.They are mostly crap games but if he doesnt like it he just deletes moves on to the next game.Its a convenience thing. That being said,Apple knows it has crap for games and everyone wants a piece of nintendo.

I enjoy going on the eshop.You can rate titles you own,as long as youve played for more than an hr.You can watch videos..Though they lag as bad as the u tube app. The content is easily accessible.Very user friendly.Ive never bought indie games till i got a wiiu. Now Ive spent over a hundred fifty on non retail games.Eshop is a work in progress but everything big N does is a labor of love...

@finelerv, you can sign up for alerts from Nintendo.They send me newsletters on that stuff in emails.I think its setup through club Nintendo. But I think your in the minority in wanting eshop alerts in streetpass form.Thats like going to gamestop and saying 'Arent you going to ask me if I want to preorder something!?'

Ive got a 20$ eshop credit but will wait for a review of d and d before making the plunge.May just hold off for shovel knight or rayman.No rush seeing as I rediscovered the cave...Legit!

Nintendo made its bed,now its time for them to lay in it.Its mot necessarily a bad thing.They know who their target audience is.So what if they dont get the hardcore back.They are rearing a new generation of gamers.They didnt get to be the most successful video game company by following any one else. WiiU is innovative as hell,miiverse, video chat, under utilized Gamepad. I didnt buy it to play 3rd party games. I bought it for games like the ones releasing this holiday...I just hope they revamp the online,that would go along way in bringing back some 3rd party...

I pre ordered WW already because Im believing the hype. But the game Im truly excited about is SM3DW.The family loves these games 3d land is the kids favorite.Im asking santa for DK.And Im buying the misses WiifitU Because Insanity wore out its welcome.Anyone have any ideas on how much wiifit u will cost?

This game does look as if it may get shut down due to copyright infringement.Did anyone see the red dog ala mega man?Even the name of his company sounds very close to capcom....It is a very passionate video that makes you want to care,Good luck to him.

Bummer.Im fine either way.I just dont like being shafted again.Like when I bought 3 separate 3ds' for the kids.Nintendo announced there would be no further models and 2 Months later the xl comes out. Then I bought those too...Just dont believe everything you hear...And dont buy a system at launch again, Lesson learned.

Ive hijacked my sons 3dsXL and am more than halfway through Luigis mansion in 3 days.Hoping to finish that up. I beat Pikmin3 last week and decided today Im restarting Pikmin3 again#collector mode. Also ducktales in spurts-hard mode/super fits....

to get an equivalent of 50$ digital rebate you would need to spend 500$ on the eshop...thats unreasonable to the average consumer. I know people asking for ambassador status seems unreasonable but so if spending a buttload like that on the eshop! I dont see why we cant be compensated in some way by Nintendo...

Of course the casual consumer doesn't understand what the WiiU is. The only commercial I have ever seen for the U was at launch with a what looked like a rave for families. Just bad. The name has never helped any. If they wanted consumers to indentify with the wii brand they should have fazed the original wii out. But you cant have it both ways Nintendo. Greed gets you no where

This is a great move by Nintendo.They will surely reach their goal of an additional 5 million Ds Sold with this variation.Plus it looks pretty cool IMO.I like the tapered look.But Id be hard pressed to give em more money for the 2d xl knowing it only uses one screen. Dont want to pay more for less plastic surrounding the screen

@russellowell Yeah Ive received 15 dollars using the digital rewards program.But tgats after spending about 150$ on e games that for the most part wear out their welcome after a week or 2. Im hesitant to but retail games on the eshop because I cant do a system transfer plus they cant be traded in.I dont like feeling stuck with bad investments like most of my eshop purchases.The .30 famicon program was weak with only 2 games worth the trouble punch out and metroid2. i hate to sound ungrateful but I preordered this system and the only way the pricedrop wouldnt sting so much was if they offered a retai game like WW as compensation.I mean its about to be bundled .So why not reward the loyal fans that stood by your side through the drought
