To be honest I think people are looking way too much into this. I mean most games you can get on Xbox you can get on Playstation (and vice versa), if Sony actually had a substantial amount of exclusives I'm sure we would see a Playstation on that shelf too.
I'm sure everybody on planet Earth has a combination of either a Playstation and Switch or an Xbox and Switch because of Nintendo only exclusives.

Looks nice, but who here would use it for its actual intended purpose? Be honest.

It's not for everyone, tbh. You either like it or don't. For me it's just fun seeing your Mii characters get into fun situations, not necessarily playing the game as you said.
As I said further above, I would have rather had a more interactive reboot (or sequel) of Tomodachi Life and I'm only buying this game so that there's more of a chance they would consider it. (Then again I have an aching feeling they're trying to avoid making one because they promised to put homosexual relationships in the potential sequel)

That's actually not right, it maybe wins 15-20% of the battles for you. And the battles are actually a little more difficult when you can't play as the other party members because you can't strategize, they're unpredictable. You could end up losing, especially in the very last world they will frustrate you with moves you don't want them to do...

Just finished the demo and I have to say I'm disappointed but not surprised. It's just the same game as 3DS game but with slightly better graphics, "dates" that are really none-interactive cutscenes, wigs and makeup that are really limited (they're mostly with females in mind not much for males), and a horse. The demo is literally the same as the demo on 3DS.
I was really hoping that there was something along the lines of free roaming, more interactions, more wigs that are normal and not animu, able to play the other party members, more/different outfits from the 3DS ones, more jobs, and not a carbon copy plot from the original. What's worse is there's no way to get Miis unless you've got an amiibo which is still a major grind.
Would I still buy it? Shamefully yes, mainly because I actually like Miis and hope that Nintendo doesn't outright throw them out.
Would I recommend that you buy it? Hell no, especially if you already have the 3DS version.

Also you can import your Miis by amiibos which I have to warn is a giant pain...

What you seem to forget is that this and all NSFW fanworks fall under parody. That's why Nintendo had to buy the rights to Super Hornio Brothers for it to stop being distributed.
So yeah, if Nintendo hasn't brought the rights to Bowser's horny peen then they are in the wrong in this case.

Get this the "Switch Pro" is actually a hybrid console. You can still play regular Switch games but they would be releasing games exclusively for it.
Either that and/or Microsoft is either brought a large chunk of Nintendo or outright brought them...
