My friend gave this game to me because he wanted it out of his sight.

From the screenshot I thought it would get a bad review.

I'm a BIG Virtual Console gamer (2 reasons, one is because I'm very late to the gamer wagon so I want to experience the classics before moving on to modern games, and two is because I can't afford most retail games), so I don't think I'll mind the camera too much.

Hopefully they're not too expensive.
EDIT: Perhaps they could also have a thing in-game where you can switch between red-and-black and color. That way both traditionalists and people who care about their health can be pleased. I'd be willing to pay a little extra for that.

Whoa, I had no clue this existed! Is this like a sort of Castlevania thing? Awesome! Of course, it is kind of licensed, but it might be okay...

I'm not a big fan of Action RPGs anyway. I'm assuming that's what this is, by the way you put it. But horrible dialogue means I have to play it eventually. Overall great review!
