Re: Poll: So, Are You Getting The Zelda Switch 2 Console And Pro Controller?

Greninjabread

I'm not getting a new Switch 2 until there are some significant changes in the hardware. Hopefully improved battery life, and maybe an OLED. At that time I hope there is a Splatoon themed special edition as was the case for the Switch OLED, fingers crossed.

I'm tempted on the pro controller, but I'll have to wait and see higher quality images before I make that decision.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (29th November)

I played the Star Wars Outlaws demo and I didn't feel like it really grabbed me, however, I caved on the $30 sale and I have been enjoying playing it quite a bit!

I'm playing through Metroid Dread again and heavily anticipating Prime 4 next week!

I've been jumping back into Mario Kart World recently and loving just driving around in free roam. I got all of the panels but still have well over 100 P switches to find.

Re: Mario Kart Tour's Diddy Kong Pack Costs ยฃ39, The Same Price As Mario Kart 8 Deluxe On Switch

I downloaded this game and played one race to try it out. It looks decent but the controls are horrible. To me, it's not fun to play. I guess I just don't understand the appeal to playing these types of games without a dedicated controller.

I've been playing Asphalt 9 on Switch however, which also has a load of micro-transactions, but I've been having a lot of fun playing it and I only dropped a dollar on a Porche so far. I don't mind paying some finite amount of money if I get enjoyment out of the experience. I deleted Mario Kart Tour immediately.
