It still baffles me why Nintendo works with the brick manufacturer nobody likes instead of Lego. They made an exlclusive game with Lego that had Mario power-ups and Satoru Iwata. Why won't Nintendo do something with Lego? Are they really that out of touch with western audiences?

@shaneoh The reason why the Lego Ideas set didn't go through was not because of Nintendo but because of Lego's policy or not making new molds for Ideas sets.

Guys, you have to admit $10 is overpriced for this specific mobile games. There are tons of other paid mobile games that cost way less and offer more content.

@Hamster_Overlord Yeah voice acting can be extremely annoying when used wrongly. Take for instance Arkham City and Spiderman Shattered Dimensions when in combat. Batman only does the occasional grunt and gasp when fighting and it doesn't come off as annoying in any since. Spiderman however keeps shouting oneliners over and over again that it just makes you want to punch Peter Parker's throat.

Personally, I like the idea for voice acting. Allow voice acting for more important scenes like ones that would impact the player sounds good.
I'm not a big fan with Aonuma's opinion on Link. It's okay if a video game character has a different opinion. Maybe it would work here in which the game is based on your actions.

@Hamster_Overlord There's a difference between something being overrated and not liking something. I wouldn't call voice acting in video games overrated just because you find them boring. Sorry, just wanted to let that out of my chest.

Lego Dimmensions is the only one I actually like. They have a huge line of characters that interact in the game and serve as toys. Amiibo just bore me because with how the figures don't really have a purpose with games.

My opinion on the suit: it's okay, but it will not sell well. The original Mega Man had a simple design that was easy to recognize and animate. Now, he wears a generic Tron suit that will be hard to remember. Kids like it when there cartoons are simple, not overly designed.

@andrew20 They did and it wasn't that good. Face it, there's nothing to do with Mega Man at this point. Mega Man 9 and 10 ended up being a generic Mega Man game and Legends wasn't very good to begin with.

Ok...imagine this: Valve teams up with Namco and they'll make a few adjustments. We will then have Team Fortress 3ish right?

I don't like scores. A critical analysis can't be summed up numerically and most scores just come from the critic's feeling of a game. Number scores are too broad to use in forms of art, especially in video games where it's based on your personal experience.

I would like to compare this to the success of Yo-Kai Watch in America but I have no sources. How popular is it here? I know the guys at Level-5 spent a lot of time on merchandising, tv-shows, advertising, etc. and I want to know how that paid off. Will something like Yo-Kai help Nintendo?

Man I really hope we have this Splatfest again. It was a lot of fun! Splatoon was literally filled with SpongeBob fan art during its release and seeing something like this was amazing and hilarious.
