Re: Soapbox: What The Upcoming Pokémon Switch RPG Can Learn From Recent Pokémon Games

Gaisaph

I'm not asking for something edgy or anything like that but I would like it if the story was abit less cliche and abit more mature but I know that won't ever happen. All of my friends, not even one cared about the story/characters proves how GameFreak can't handle story in a Pokémon game with a sacrifice of gameplay. I'll admit after playing Pokémon US/UM, I don't care about the story just the gameplay and even then I just want to hurry and finish the game.

If they're planning to actually make people care for their character/story, it needs to be a something completely different like how BOTW was.

Re: Some Japanese Gamers Aren't Happy About Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection

It's pretty obvious that it's a cash grab whether that's a good thing or bad. It sucks that Capcom is lazy to put the JP version of the game for JP players but at the same time AT LEAST they're getting something. If they did the reverse and instead only putting it in Japanese but not putting the English version of it, I would get upset but hey, it's games that have not much story and I've played it in English before anyways. IF they only released this to the west and not release this in Japan, I can totally see them getting angry about it.

I'm not gonna say "Well JP players is feeling the same pain of those westerners" because not only that is childish and immature, it's also 100% incorrect since there are JP players waiting for English games to be localized same as the westerners. I'm sure there are a small group of JP players that wants good western games that might never see a localization same as westerners that wants a localization of their JRPG games. Of course since both JP and westerners aren't SUPER vocal (or know what is going on with both the opposite sides) they'll be ignorant about the it. And that is where they think both JP and western players has it "good" with games.

Re: Review: Mom Hid My Game! (Switch eShop)

Maybe if it was a dollar on the eShop. They should've just compiled all their games and put it for that price tag. Or I don't know, make an exclusive game on the Switch instead of having the same duplicate on the App Store?

Re: Mom Hid My Game! Gets a Festive Release on the Switch eShop

I've played this game on the Apple Store and it was good. It's free, hilarious and fun. But is it worth it on the Switch for that amount even though it's free on the phone? No. Nintendo should really put a tag of "MOBILEGAME" Category instead of throwing Nindies everywhere confusing people that isn't even into mobile gaming thinking this is a quality Nindie game. It's unfortunate, but people will definitely get this without even knowing it came from the Mobile store.

Re: SteamWorld Heist: Ultimate Edition Storms onto Nintendo Switch This Year

I'll definitely wait for the price drop first before getting the game. I love Steamworld Dig 2, but for that price I honestly should've waited for a price drop on that game before getting it. I've finished SD2 at around 9 hours and I digged almost all the ores but didn't get 100% (Mainly artifacts). I still felt it short and they should've put in more areas, story, upgrades and bosses instead of 100% a game to make it decently Long. Don't get me wrong, I love the game and I recommended to everyone who owns a switch, I just hope the next Digs game has what everyone hopes for. Sorry I've gotten sidetracked.

Re: Review: WWE 2K18 (Switch)

Gaisaph

What a joke. Not only this sucks, the game also insulted the Nintendo Switch. 32GB that it eats your memory card for the game and you get a laggy, buggy garbage. Plus the fact that they will bring out a patch, it'll probably be a huge file size of updates.

Why they couldn't just scrapped the game when it's obvious how crap it runs is beyond my understanding.

Ultra SF2 shouldn't even have made... I guess that game is to test how well it sold on the Switch but they should've done this at the start. Anyway I'm not mad since I've never bought USF2 but I'm Glad to know Capcom is putting their beloved classics as bundles instead of single packed games. I'll be sure to get this

Re: Review: MUJO (Switch eShop)

Gaisaph

I've tried this game on the Mobile store and boy it sucks. It basically a game where you don't have anything to do and you're wasting time but honestly? Just go to a local shop and buy a crossword puzzle book and you'll have more fun with that than this game.
