I just don’t see the problem with this. It’s 2025, internet is ubiquitous at this point. It’s not tied to an account, so you can easily resell the key card. You don’t need internet once it’s installed. “But game preservation!” As if the Switch 2 won’t be hacked and dumped in the first year. Lots of complaining about nothing.

Pretty easy to agree. I’m looking for somthing different in Japanese games VS Western games. Not that one is better than the other, but they both are good at different things.

Very excited for it to launch! I still believe S1 will hit the number 1 spot. Nintendo is predicting 11 million and it only needs 10. They seem to usually be right on the money or under estimate their sales. A Lite price cut alone would make it even easier.

@Coalescence we will probably still have gimmicks, they’ll continue to be things we don’t see coming. The switch still had motion controls and an IR sensor. Switch 2 may have that mouse option. I don’t see them stopping.

Consumers in the 90’s being able to understand that “nes” and “super nes” are two different consoles, but “Nintendo Switch” and “Super Nintendo Switch” being confusing for the late 20’s will never not be hilarious. I guess it explains a lot about our future.

Happy for the people excited about this sound track. Personally, it feels like it would better fit with a large drop of other smaller soundtracks, rather than in its own. Here’s hoping for a big one next week!
