@EriXz Brie Larson is very sweet in the videos advertising Nintendo and stuff, I feel like talking about her acting like a jerk 2 years ago when she doesn't seem to be so spiteful anymore seems a little too much.
I don't agree with her on some stuff, but that doesn't justify hating her forever and ever, I'm perfectly fine if Brie Larson is cast in any Nintendo Movie in the future, Her Passion for Nintendo has shown to me that she'll put her issues aside and put her heart and soul into whoever she is cast in Nintendo films

@CharleyX there ain't nothing stopping me from sharing my thoughts on the Metroid movie stuff, and I never would've clicked on this article, if Nintendo Twitter didn't advertise this article on their feed to have a talking point about the Brie Hate.
90% of the comment was mostly about the Metroid Movie and who I would cast, You just didn't read the whole comment after my "Didn't Care" short sentence.

I don't care that much about Brie Larson anymore but here's my thought on her Playing Samus Anyways, She would probably be fine, but I would prefer if another actress played Samus. Plus A Metroid Movie is probably years away, as the Mario Film doesn't release for another year, By the time Nintendo wants to put a Metroid Film in Production, several years after the other Nintendo Franchises get movies. More Movie Stars will become famous by then, and the competition will probably be very stiff for the role of Samus Aran. So I don't know if she would even get the role, as for my preferred choice, I would really like Emily Blunt to play Samus, She has played Bad-ass Motherly Figures before, which would all fit Samus perfectly, as Samus had a very maternal relationship with the Baby Metroid

if you were expecting a general direct this soon when the previous Partner Showcase said there would be more of these in 2020..

@Nemesis666 they never released a port before... look all I'm saying is expect the unexpected... new games come eventually..
we might not get a new Mario kart and thats fine.. but what I'm saying is.. it's suspicious they haven't made DLC for the deluxe port in the 3 years since It launched.. and since smash dlc is selling like hotcakes, it makes no sense to not make any DLC, if they weren't planning a new Mario kart they would've released DLC for Deluxe 2 years ago..
and with Mario Kart 8 being the first Mario kart to be ported, they are bound to be working on a new game...
again, not saying it's happening this year or the next.. what I am saying is, don't be surprised if a new Mario Kart Gets revealed in a couple of years...
Nintendo is running out of First Parties to use, they got 4 more years left on the console's lifespan...
a sequel to Mario Kart is enviable...

considering that Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has gotten nothing in the past 3 years (aside from a BOTW costume for link) I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo was secretly working on the Next Mario Kart Game..
Yes I know it's the best selling game, but the Wii is Nintendo's best selling home console, yet they moved on and made something new...

I predict by the end of the switch's lifespan we will at least ONE new Mario Kart game.

the internet goes crazy for anything, it didn't mean anything last year and it doesn't mean anything this year...

Also can everyone shut up about the 35th anniversary rumors, It's not even slightly realistic..

Nintendo can't seem to catch a break from the security breaches...

That's exactly my problem with the Summer of Games Event along with Sony and Microsoft's slow paced Next Gen hype train, and don't get me started on the lack of Nintendo games for the rest of the year..
The Way TGA, Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, and Basically everyone who had a game in production, has handled the Lack of E3... HAS BEEN VERY POOR!!!
and it's a very terrible time to be a person who plays video games..
it's bad for Nintendo fans because we don't have any games to look forward to..
It's bad for Sony and Microsoft Fans because the lack of info on the price is devastating for those who don't know if they will be able to afford it this holiday season... since the pandemic has taken a major blow to wallets everywhere and not having a price to save up to is a major red flag..
and it's bad for 3rd party fans because the Summer of Games pace is slower then a snail and all the announcements won't be done till August...

the pandemic has basically ruined the entire year in terms of Films, Television, and Video Games..
and the God awful Summer Of Games event and the slow pace is proof of that..

hopefully 2021 will be a better year..
because 2020 is going to be very hard to salvage..

Splatoon is one of Nintendo's most clever first party properties..
Unlike dead franchises that Nintendo has forgotten about,
I think Splatoon has a bright future ahead of itself,
(especially after Splatoon 2 has sold 10 million copies, a pretty modest number for a new franchise..)
we might not see a new mainline Splatoon for awhile,
but a spin off would be pretty interesting.

it was bound to be disappointing...
we only got 4 announcements..
1 was DLC
1 was an actual game we haven't seen updates for in years
and the other 2 were ok..

I never got Mario sunshine.. so if the rumors of a Mario 3D collection with 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy are true.. then I will definitely pick it up day 1, a $60 price tag for 3 games is a steal in my books

I almost bought this game but after realizing this MIGHT have micro transactions... yeah after this mess I'm never pre ordering games unless I know about every single thing that will be included in said games

The only 2 things that surprised me was

1: The strange new mode choices (aside for the much asked tournaments for online)

And 2: Geno wasn't Deconfirmed as a Mii fighter

@patbacknitro18 well I just looked it up and the joker video discussing him was actually 15 minutes and 28 seconds.. but yeah you're right I don't expect to hear about the 4th DLC character until AFTER Banjo Releases. same with the 5th I don't expect it to have a reveal trailer until The game awards this year.. similar to joker

The Presentation is at 8 am my time so I'll be sleeping through the entire thing since I don't wake up till 11 am

1: because Square is Stingy

2: also Nintendo Never listens to petitions no matter how big or small

look I don't like Geno as a character but I signed this because Being lost and forgotten is not a fate any character should suffer

and hey nostalgia sells (look at Crash) Nintendo and Square could make some money just from reselling products

Plus you got to admit asking for a character to return to the limelight is a sweet thing to ask for
sadly everyone on this forums refuse to except that people have nostalgia for characters they love

Again this will most likely not convince Nintendo and Square to bring back the blue hat wearing puppet boy
but its worth a shot to make your voice heard
