It would almost be a shame to redeem such a card.

Man I applaud Nintendo for putting it out there but geez I'm getting the feeling of TOO MUCH PRAISE, Metroid has gotten ZILCH and furthermore SQUAT (minus an article via UK'S Official Nintendo Magazine) to show Samus THIS kind of love.

The next card is gonna be awesome

All these beautiful cards would make more people interested in the download services imo. So i'd say it would be a wasted opportunity if they don't sell these everywhere they can.

If they bought them here I'd buy one, not use it and display it!

That looks really awesome. When I get cards like this, I collect all the different design's.

Nintendo must be mad not to be releasing these every where else. People would buy dozens of them as COLLECTOR'S ITEMS, since they'd be a limited time only thing, and that would mean waaaaaay more money. ;P

That's cool and all but why is Nintendo just spoiling Link? They didn't do anything like this for Mario and what about Samus it's her birthday this year too!! Link is having the greatiest birthday party ever while Mario and Samus are just sitting there way in the background at a little table with one little happy birthday balloon and sharing a tiny little birthday cake Not cool Nintendo not cool!!

There are waaaay to many bird freaks in Zelda games these days.

No reason whatsoever to not release these in the rest of the world.Simple printing job.Do it Nintendo, see how many cards you sell. (clue: a lot!!) and half of them probably won't even be redeemed .
And I agree with @6 ,this would make a great promotional tool.They could theme em'for every major release..sweeeeeet.
