Nintendo hasn't had good third party support on the Wii so far. In my opinion, it was pretty strong on every other system. One of the more recent ones for example, the Nintendo DS, has a ton of third party games.

Compare the Wii's third party support to the Nintendo64's and you'll see that the former had far better third party support. The Wii's third party support was arguably better than the Gamecube's too.
In the end who cares I have a 360 and sucks for the peoplewho are nintendo only.
That was unnecessary and totally random.
How so? Nintendo has historically had horrible third party support for one reason or another. Logic dictates at this point having only a nintendo system isn't the best way to get the most out of this medium. Even though the wii u. Is going to be decently speced its still catious as a few high profile games won't have wii u versions.

Historically, Nintendo has had great third party support, except for maybe the N64 and Gamecube. The Wii has 3rd party support. No one wants to admit it because they only see casual games, but the support is still there regardless

Sometimes, but look at SF4 Nintendo fans waited and got SSF4 instead of buying the original and finding out there's an update able version coming the next year

You also had to have a ps3 or 360 if you have a wii to have both sides because the wii was just a joke... a very bad joke Capcom you just lost a customer if you don't support wii u & go the way of beamdog

"Maybe" the N64 and Gamecube? More like "Definitely". And yeah, the Wii had support, but what good is it when it's mostly shovelware? When people talk "Third Party Support" They always mean the big games. Crap like Ninja bread man will always mean nothing.

Ever thought that maybe there isn't a Capcom game on Nintendo platforms playable because the Nintendo area will be crowded as hell with games? Most of the games we're talking about being possible here are cross platform jobs so I don't think it's a stretch to say that, maybe, something like a RE6 is heading to the Wii U but will only be playable on the 360 at E3. Or maybe their big game will be simply not ready to play yet and we'll get a nice trailer.
There are a lot of thing that could be happening here so I wouldn't jump to the "boo Capcom" and "Wii U is doomed" or "Capcom has abandoned the Wii U" stuff because this literally tells us nothing about their level of support.

Yes, Capcom hates nintendo for a good reason! Even the new system isn't stronger than the hardwares that out already. It means they have to downgrade every single game to be able to play on their system. I totally agree! Nuff said
