FonistofCruxis commented on Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend?:

I'll be playing two RPGs. One's an action-rpg that I've almost finished and the other is a turn based rpg that I've just started. Respectively, they are The last story and Final fantasy IV DS. I hope I can beat the the final boss in TLS, the final phase of that fight is so hard.

FonistofCruxis commented on Feature: Three Reasons Why Mario's Next Advent...:

Fantastic article and I agree with it. It would certainly be refreshing with how similar the aesthetics are of NSMB, NSMNW and the upcoming NSMB2 and I love the idea of an SMB2 style co-op game where each of the characters have their own differences. It would certainly be better than having Miis in a main series Mario game and it would be better than the way NSMBW handled the co-op too which was still loads of fun. It would also be interesting to what Nintendo could do if they made a 3D Mario platformer that took place in Subcon. I wonder if that would work well.

FonistofCruxis commented on Kid Icarus: Uprising on SNES Might Have Looked...:

The impression I'm getting from these comments is that some people seem to think that the GBA is less powerful than the SNES when its the other way around. The SNES has better quality sound than the GBA but overall the GBA is the more powerful system.

@Pikminmonster Why? Just because you don't like a series, doesn't mean there shouldn't be more entries in it as others enjoy the series. I don't like Monster hunter for example but I don't act as though there shouldn't be any more entries in the series and if you're not interested why bother posting on this article at all?

FonistofCruxis commented on Review: Cat Frenzy (DSiWare):

This looks similar to Pokemon link which I still enjoyed after I stopped liking Pokemon and the constant meowing could get annoying but it is cheap so I might get it.

This actually looks pretty good, it reminds me of Pokemon link and I still enjoyed that game even after I stopped liking Pokemon so I might like this. Although the constant meowing could get annoying. I'll wait for the review.

FonistofCruxis commented on GameCube is Ten Years Old Today in Europe:

I don't think the Gamecube is as good as the Wii but its still a great console and there are still many games I still need to get for it. Some of my favourites are Super smash bros. melee, Mario kart: Double dash, Sonic heroes and of course, the masterpiece that is Tales of Symphonia!!! I love that game so much, its tied with Tales of the Abyss as my favourite games ever.

FonistofCruxis commented on Warren Spector Believes Epic Mickey is 'The Be...:

At least he's stating that its his opinion but there are many better looking Wii games like:
Super Mario galaxy and its sequel
Wario land: The shake dimension
Sonic colours
Metroid prime trilogy
Metroid: Other M
Xenoblade chronicles
The last story
No more heroes 2: Desperate struggle
Kirby's epic yarn
Kirby's return to dreamland etc.

FonistofCruxis commented on Oster Lays Out WiiWare Criticisms:

@L4DYKOM1C I remember reading somewhere that the eshop doesn't have a royalty limit like Wiiware does. I think it was on Gonintendo. Also, it clearly had a much bigger size limit seeing as there are already games with over 200 MB and the eshop advertises its releases so its clearly better than Wiiware.

FonistofCruxis commented on La-Mulana Canned for North America, Europe:

I'm one of the few that doesn't care about this game but I'm surprised Nicalis said that Wiiware stopped being profitable in 2009 (I think they said something like that) as 2010 was a great year for the service as there were many great games released for it that year including their own Cave story and that sold well.

FonistofCruxis commented on Fan Video Gives a Tease of Star Fox HD:

I don't care for the Starfox series but the Mother series ones reminded me of how much I would love to play those games. It would be awesome of all three of them were remade for Wii U or 3DS and released in the west.

FonistofCruxis commented on Rayman Legends is Coming to Wii U, Supports NFC:

@19Robb92 Really? I think Rayman's current design is fine and nowhere near being as bad as Spyro's hideous new design.
Anyway, this game looks beautiful and the gameplay looks great too but I don't like the NFC idea, it could become another rip-off like Skylanders but getting to beat up Rabbids looks like fun.
