There will be no Street Fighting or Resident Eviling on Wii U or 3DS this E3.
Capcom won't have any games for Nintendo's systems playable at E3 2012, a company representative told us earlier today.
Previously, there have been rumors of a new Resident Evil 3DS game and the localization of Monster Hunter Tri G being unveiled at E3. While this does confirm the games won't be playable, this announcement does not completely rule out the possibility of an announcement about either game at E3 2012.
The only two projects that Capcom is officially developing for Nintendo systems are Monster Hunter 4 and Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney. Both games are supposed to come out on 3DS in Japan later this year.
Last year, Resident Evil: Revelations was Capcom's lone Nintendo project playable at E3.
Oh well. Nintendo fans hate Capcom anyway for cancelling Mega Man Legends 3 and scaring them with prospects of on-disc DLC.
You forget Project X, and just because something isn't announced at any given event doesn't mean they don't exist. Anyway this is just one person's information. Even looking at the comments section of this article you get more of a balanced opinion than the writer of the article gives.

Mother 3 fan. It's an amazing game. 糸井さん、こんな素敵なゲームを作ってくれてありがとう!
In the end who cares I have a 360 and sucks for the peoplewho are nintendo only.
That was unnecessary and totally random.
How so? Nintendo has historically had horrible third party support for one reason or another. Logic dictates at this point having only a nintendo system isn't the best way to get the most out of this medium. Even though the wii u. Is going to be decently speced its still catious as a few high profile games won't have wii u versions.
WAT!

One good game (that sold extremely poorly) does not equal good overall third party support. It just equals a very good third party game. Good third party support would be many major third party games.

As I said elsewhere - Capcom hasn't yet announced any further titles for Nintendo platforms to launch in the West, so of course they're going to say they're not bringing any playable titles to E3. Hell, if you asked Nintendo what they were bringing to E3, they'd only tell you about Pikmin and Super Mario Bros. for Wii U, because that's all they've announced. Just because someone says something before E3 doesn't make it concrete.
Mark m'words, Capcom will have new titles for Nintendo platforms at E3.
Nintendo has historically had horrible third party support for one reason or another.
They had a monopoly on third-party support on the NES. Very good support on SNES. Japanese support of the N64 kinda sucked, but it still had a fair amount of western support. I admit GameCube is where it started to fall. I think the complaint was that it was just hard to compete against Nintendo on their own console. Wii had support until the hype died down.
As for handhelds, perhaps because of the NES, Nintendo practically had a monopoly on handhelds until the PSP. The Game Gear was probably the only console that gave Nintendo a challenge, but a lot of the library was first party (the only third-parties I can recall release many games were Tengen, Codemasters, Acclaim (alias Flying Edge) and Domark.) (I know there were more, but like how Square was the only dedicated WonderSwan third party, others only released a couple games and then stopped. I mean, companies that released more than like two or three games.)
No, I can't beileve this! Capcom will never miss a chance to milk out their StreetFighter game! We won't know anything, untill the Wii U is out.
