Topic: What's the longest you've spent playing a game in one sitting?

I believe I played at least half of the final case in the Edgeworth game in one sitting. So like 6 hours or so.

Dawn of Discovery on Wii, 10 hours and still hated pulling away but I have to sleep!!!

6-9 hours on SSBB with my brother .

My Dragon Quest all-nighter. Dumbest idea ever...

I get sick every time I get on a video game or computer for a long period of time without taking a break, but I still do it I have no idea why but I just don't stop myself to take care of my health.

18 hours in a row of Mariokart DS with my cousins in multiplayer, we ate and went to the toilet whilst playing, many a charger were needed to keep it going that long!

I once played Super Mario 64 DS about 5 years ago for about 12 hours straight, and I didn't even beat the game...

I have no idea, but I've been kicking around the idea of a 24 hour gaming marathon

12 hours straight of MH3. Then 8 hours straight of Black Ops.

Civilization 2 back when I was a young 'un. That would have been a straight 12 hours or so. I remember the dawn coming up and I still hadn't gone to bed.

Hmm... I guess it would be 6 hours straight for Doom II back in the days of old. Now I don't play that much and that often...

I once pulled around 18 hours on Star Wars, Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, at least that long, on multiple occasions, I also did around 12 hours on Star Trek: Birth of the Federation for my PC, multiple times

4-5 hour sessions when I was playing Super Mario Galaxy and Twilight Princess. I try to limit myself now, but I may try a long session sometime again once.

Uhm... during winter when we were snowed in and couldn't go outside I played some game, forget what it's called, for about 11-13 hours. This included bathroom breaks, eating and drinking.

I never finished that game and didn't play for a week. God that hurt my eyes.

I also got addicted to one RPG game, I played all night and all day with only a few breaks to sleep, eat and go to the bathroom. I now think that game is absolute crap and I can't even play it without being bored to tears I actually yawn and leave.

I usually did 5-6 hours and then 1-2 hours later I went back to it.

Games can literally take over your life so much you lose all sense of the real world, I never want to go down that road again.

22 hours and 30 mins when I finished Ys Book 1 and 2 in one sitting. That was fun!!! ^^

well u can add some time for eating, drinking, hygiene etc... but no sleeping of course

When I first got my PS3 and FFXIII with it (or a little before it actually xP) I'm pretty sure I stayed up all night until like 7am playing it.

And I know I've played MHT all night a few times.

Depends if a 'sitting' allows me to use the bathroom and get food n' eat it. If it does I'd say around 17-18 hours, but if not then I suppose probably 6. I used to work for a game company and when crunch time comes you're there from 9am until whenever.

when Super Mario RPG first came out, i begged my mom to rent it from Blockbuster for me. then i spent the next three days parked in front of the TV — the only time i stopped was when i had to use the can, when i fell asleep (on the couch, still in front of the TV lol) and then toward the end of the three days, when my mother forced me to actually go into the kitchen and eat something. i seriously did not eat for nearly three days because of that game :3

_{... the sad part is that we had to take the game back around that point, and i still hadn't even gotten to the Valentina fight. i'm a frickin' pro at that game now, but my first playthrough was sloooooow and i was such craaaap, haha D: D: D:}

My most recent one would be when Resident Evil 5 just came out, me and my brother beat the game in one sitting. I would say the game probably lasted around 13 hours.
