What games have sound tracks you find yourself singing along to every single song in the game? Basically every single song is catchy and memorable in your opinion. Some games on my list are Fire Emblem Awakening, Super Mario Sunshine, Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door and many others.
-Chrono Cross--thought the game was just OK, but the OST is amazing.
-Tales of Legendia--same as above
-Phantom Brave--same as above
-Xenoblade Chronicles--Such a phenomenal soundtrack...and I loved the game too
-Baten Kaitos and Baten Kaitos Origins: Some tracks are just decent, but others are so genius they make up for the others
-Final Fantasy VIII: Best FF OST IMO
-Pretty much all the recent 3D Mario games on consoles...they're really nailing it lately
-Knights of the Old Republic: Some really smart chances on very familiar themes
-Donkey Kong Country 2: David Weis's best work IMO
-LoZ Skyward Sword: Haters gonna hate, but the OST for this game was perfectly whimsical, epic, and haunting. Loved it.
Man that's a lot And I'm sure there are even a few more.
Rhythm Heaven, though that may be for a slighty different reason. Regardless, it has me singing along to every song in the game, so it fits the OP.
I'll also throw in Xenoblade Chronicles, Pokemon Emerald version (strictly nostalgia speaking here) and the series of Professor Layton and Phoenix Wright.

Donkey Kong Country 3 (GBA) (Just beat it, and despite missing a final boss track the soundtrack was still awesome, especially considering I've never really liked the GBA sound chip)
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (Seeing a pattern now?)
Minecraft (Especially the more recently added music, and the credits theme that doesn't play. I really wish Mojang would fix that bug, that track is my most favorite song ever.)
Sonic 3 and Knuckles (Not perfect, but I still really loved the soundtrack, especially the epic boss music, that never got old)
LEGO Island (JK )
Aaand the Black Knight 2000 and Swords of Fury pinball machines. (Both composed by Brian Schmidt)
I may be missing a few games, especially ones I may have played when I was younger when I didn't pay as much attention to the music. (i.e. Mario Galaxy)
Guilty Gear XX
Ni no Kuni
Dragon Quest VIII (since it's the only good not-remake in the franchise)
Streets of Rage 2
Etrian Odyssey IV
Bravely Default
Ys: Dawn of Ys (recently started playing this and the music is just one of the many great things about it!)
Ar Tonelico
The World Ends With You (Best thing about this game, IMO)
Mega Man 2
Castlevania: Rondo of Blood
Lords of Thunder
Chrono Cross
Chrono Trigger
Wild Arms
SMT: Strange Journey
Solatorobo: The Red Hunter
Sonic 3
I'm not big on game soundtracks, but I liked these ones the most. Honorable mentions go to Xenoblade and Shin Megami Tensei, since I never seem to notice how great the music is in-game, only when I'm listening to it on its own.
Xenoblade Chronicles — It's just so perfect
Kid Icarus Uprising — Wonderful orchestrations
vvvvvv — Possibly the most catchy 8-bit esque soundtrack out there
Cave Story — 'nuff said
Umineko no Naku Koro ni --Possibly THE best soundtrack I have ever heard. Too bad no one's ever heard of it though...
Bravely Default — REVO is a genius
Chrono Trigger — Perfection in game and sound design
Metroid Prime — Not a soundtrack that stands out to many people, but it fits the game perfectly
Super Metroid — See "Chrono Trigger"
LoZ: Majora's Mask — This soundtrack is only truly great after playing the game.
For honorable mentions, Super Mario Galaxy and FE: Awakening. Both had good soundtracks, but not as perfect as the ones I listed.
Xenoblade chronicles cause this sound track wow brings tears in my eyes
OFF one of the tracks in the game i will never forget.
Darksiders 2
Paper Mario Thousand Year Old Door
The Legend of Zelda Skyward sword
Punch out Wii
Red Steel 2
Zombiu
The Harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going.
-Tales of Phantasia
-Earthbound
-Mario World 1 and 2
-Mario Galaxy 1 and 2
-Beyond Good and Evil
-World of Goo
-OOT/Majora's Mask
-The World Ends With You
-Megaman 2/3
-Castlevania
-Metroid Prime
-the Rhythm Heaven series
-lots of Sonic
-lots of Kirby
you can tell im being strict when chrono trigger isn't mentioned
note: leaving off some favorites like the first 2 Paper Marios, Mother 3, Brawl and maybe the later Zeldas because they have too many songs for all of them to be great, thus its not perfect at all
My top 3:
Rhythm Heaven Fever- Love all the tracks, especially "Remix 7" and "Lonely Storm"
Super Smash Bros Brawl- A bit of a cheat but I do love the remixes as well as the original soundtracks
Kirby Epic Yarn- So relaxing and upbeat
