@alexkarco It'll definitely be a pass then. Appreciatethe feedback. @Nanami_Ataraxia I'll show it to her. Looks like something she'll get into. Thank you.
Same question as above. My daughter loves visual novels. Ace attorney is her go too and she liked famicom detective club but I'd hate to get this for her and it's to much.
I can't wait for the collection to come out. I grew up playing tmnt on nes and snes. I didn't play all the games in the collection so I'm looking forward to catching up. Hopefully it'll come out soon so I can bug my family about playing with me on family game night 😃
I think it goes without saying ACNH helped me alot during 2020. I was a great escape from everything since the family was stuck at home. Outside of that, whatever I'm playing at the current moment. Video games have been a great way to forget about my troubles. Even if it's only in small doses, any little bit helps.
I took a chance on Slay the Spire awhile ago when it was on sale. I've never tried a deck builder game before but I figured I'd give it a shot. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it (even though I'm not that good at it). I'll have to redownload it and get back too it this week. Good looking out Kate Gray.
I'll be continuing my play through of the stick of truth. This game is alot better then I thought it would be. I'd dare say this is one of my favorite RPGs. While playing, I'll be watching my White Sox and helping my daughter navigate her first Final Fantasy game. I redownload 7,8,9 and 10 so she could test the waters and see which one she likes. Enjoy the weekend everyone!
As much as I want to play this, I'm good with waiting. I'm still chipping away at my second play through of the first one and I just picked up Dying Light and Kingdom of Amalur. I think I'll be busy for a bit.
I might give this one a try. Oh, and as a life long Bears fan, I'm not surprised their offense is terrible. Even in a video game I expect nothing less 😃
I'm trying something new out. For the longest time I've been buying games on sale and then letting them sit until I've finished the current game I'm playing. The problem is I feel like I get burnt out on that game because I'm just trying to finish it so I can move on to the next one, mean while my backlog keeps growing. So now I'm going to rotate my games weekly to see if that helps. This week I'm splitting my time between Doom 64, Duke Nukem and Quake while watching the NFL playoffs. Enjoy the weekend everyone.
Just picked up The Messenger on sale. Only played it a little bit yesterday but, hot damn, it's a really good game. I know I'm late to the party on playing it but I highly recommend it to anyone that hasn't yet. So I'll be playing that and Age of Calamity this weekend in between watching the playoffs. Enjoy the weekend all.
@BOctober25 Or he was just a good man and football icon, for the sport and video games, that pasted away. Why does everything now a days HAVE to turn into a political discussion?
Nice to see Xenogears on the list. One of my favorites from the PS1 days. Great story that was overlooked because of all the Final Fantasy games coming out during that time frame. Still hoping to see a port one day.
Just picked up Cthulhu Saves Christmas for 2 bucks. Playing that (and enjoying the hell out of it) and some Animal Crossing as well. Happy Festivus for the rest of us everyone!
@Kidfunkadelic83 Same here. I've been playing Cuphead on and off for two years and still haven't beat it. Don't care though. I remember playing games in the 80s without finishing them. It was always the experience not the end game.
Can anyone tell me how difficult Astral Chain is? My 10 year is looking for a new game to play and likes anime. I thought it looked cool as hell and she did pretty damn good for herself playing xenoblade chronicles. I just don't want to get her something that too difficult.
@BloodNinja For someone that clearly has no desire to play Dread, you sure do spend alot of time talking about it. We get it.....you don't dig this new Metroid. Let the people that do care have their moment and move on man.
If $60 is outrageous to you, don't buy it. If it looks good to you, then get it. It's a personal choice. All this bickering isn't going to change anyone's mind. I'm seeing alot of wasted energy here.
Just a quick recap if you're late to the party. Alot of people are arguing about a video game and a $25 statue.....both of which are 100% optional to buy 🤦♂️
Finally got around to playing The Banner Saga. Just started the second one. Not sure what's taken me so long to start but I'm glad I finally did. Amazing story, art, and soundtrack. Also, me and the wife are starting to redesign our ACNH island. Enjoy the weekend everyone.

Re: Box Art Brawl: Duel #97 - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: Back From The Sewers
As much as I like the Japanese cover which was more in tune to the tv show, I prefer to western cover. It's more representive of the orginal comic.

Who actually figured out that was a bug to begin with?
Re: Feature: Will These 10 Classic JRPGs Ever Come To Switch?
Xenogears for sure. The main reason I miss my PS1!

Good for him. Hopefully Nintendo catches wind of this story and sends him a eshop gift card for the DLCs. He's earned it!

Re: Digital Foundry Continues GTA Trilogy Analysis, Sets Switch As 'Bottom Tier' Version
@somebread No just a random Rock Star game based off a movie. I don't think it sold anywhere as well as the GTA or Red Dead games though.
Re: Digital Foundry Continues GTA Trilogy Analysis, Sets Switch As 'Bottom Tier' Version
I guess it's safe to say that after this mess we'll never get a Warriors port? Always enjoyed that one more than GTA.
Re: Feature: 14 Wii Games That Deserve Switch Ports
I'd be happy taking another crack at Cursed Mountain
