Re: Nine Resident Evil Games Are Currently Discounted Across Switch And 3DS

A friend and I just finished the entirety of Revelations on the 3DS together in co-op. Just us sitting there like kids playing our 3DS's working to finish the game. One of the best gaming experiences we ever had, it's stunning. The 3D is really great too, would highly recommend Revelations on 3DS especially if you have someone to coop it with.

Re: Nintendo's Share Price Falls Yet Again With A Lack Of Game Announcements Possibly To Blame

@Knuckles-Fajita I'm sorry, but investors definitely do care about years ahead. There are those of us who invested in 2012 and have seen incredible returns over a 6 year period. What we do is sell a large stake in our investments, because we look at the relative growth of Nintendo over the next year or two (against the previous year) and see that there are better opportunities elsewhere.

Coupled with the fact that the current trade war climate, and the final decision in a few days, it's better to get some dry powder for what's to come.

To correct you, it's the Traders who are looking for immediate profits, investors are almost certainly in it for the long run.

Re: Review: Perception (Switch eShop)

I couldn't bring myself to finish it, I really like the style of it - but the review is spot on, there's basically no substance and it gets old fast. I'd love to see what the studio do next, though - as now they'll have a lot of user feedback steering them in a better direction.

Re: DOOM Pre-Purchase is Now Live on the European Switch eShop

@Indielink OK that wasn't fair of me to compare the sale price but looking back I see that Skyrim Special Edition was released at £30 on all platforms when it was relaunched, which is still £20 cheaper than we're getting it at, even before you account for the switch tax on physical copies, right?

@MartyFlanMJFan I get you but there are other cross platform games released at the same price. Granted they're indie titles but my worry is that it isn't going to sell as well as it can because of the price, then the publishers will in time say they didn't do well enough on the switch to warrant further game releases and we all lose. I want them to do loads of games for the switch that everyone can enjoy, but at a reasonable price that's all.

Re: The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

How on earth is this edition £50 where the same ones on Xbox and PS4 are £30 tops? If it was £30 as well I'd be all-in, but that extra £20 seems like a rip-off
