Que beleza! Very happy with this news. We hope this is a step towards more localized games for Latin America. Although I have been playing games in English since my childhood, RPGs would be much easier to play in my mother tong. Also there is this warming feeling of experience things you love in the language you grew up with.
I wonder if this is related to Nintendo being more employee-friendly these days. A Christmas release must be a nightmare for the dev team, as they probably need to crunch development to finish the game by the time. If it's another month, seems a lot easier to manage.
For me, Nintendo needs to pay attention to Valve and anyone entering the portable console market, as it is clearly a statement that Nintendo was right and Switch is a huge success and they will have more competition.
Which is no bad, that might make them project Switch 2 with the competition performance in mind and bring dlss and other nice gimmicks.
Obrigado for sharing this news as a Brazilian daily reader of Nintendolife, is good to see this coming to reality. Even though I really like the English versions of Nintendo games, localizing them would open the possibility of enjoying them to many Brazilians!
@JasmineDragon I believe he has the money to either start his own business or just travel the world while doing some consulting services for gaming companies. What would you do? Anything you want. Learn to play a new instrument and start a band, learn a new language and live in another place, acquire new hobbies, study a new field without the pressure to make money...
Man, life is a lot more than work, even though is awesome to work in something that makes you feel fulfilled. Balance is key.
It's a surprising choice, to say at least. I like the balance of the current team members so, kinda disappointed here, as I play almost every match as a tank and usually each tank has it's own space
Playing Zelda Breath of the Wild for the first time. After 80 hours I feel that I nearly scratched the surface. What an incredible journey it has been.
