@Flapflop We have to all move on to the new console eventually. It sucks that it costs money, but that’s the way it goes with new console releases. You can def wait for prices to go down, get it used, etc.

I think it’s great. It’s all optional. It’s just a fun single player kinda experience, which I feel like we’ve been wanting them to do for a while.

The concern is that they maybe could’ve added some fun unlockables to it. Like getting special vehicles or even some other characters. Would’ve been nice to unlock them like that instead of Kamek RNG which is super annoying. We should be able to find the specific Cow that join us somewhere in free roam kinda thing, same for the other creatures

Why a statue of Skyward Sword Link? Surely BotW Link would be better for modern times?

Wow how do people find the Japanese one boring?? It’s so cool! It’s different than your typical box and I like how it works even upside down showing Shadow

I’ve had some hiccups and frame rate issues but I’d honestly still rate the game an 8 or 8.5 😆 I’ve really been enjoying it! I think I’m willing to look past the lag issues due to the teams size and experience. The game is creative and charming. I love all the little details.

Why does the cafe look so dark and moody with some retro office vibes lol. Does not look like a video game company cafe. Reminds me of the aesthetic of the TVA from Loki lol

@Fizza they’re being secretive for all games though. It doesn’t make sense and frankly comes across as disrespectful to not mention the teams behind the games. It’s just good to know who to give credit to or which teams we can rely on for a specific kind of game.

I can’t help but feel the framing is a bit off. Like they didn’t intend for this to be the box art or maybe it was made rather quickly. The one from Awakening had really nice framing and even a bit of a blur effect with the foreground. I think the Echoes one is a bit too busy on the sides and the heart piece being cut off looks bad

The show was alright, the first episode was honestly the best. The rest of the episodes dragged on a lot. Wade’s family stuff was extremely annoying. Didn’t quite feel like a Knuckles show. Glad it did well but also concerned if they think this what we want for future Sonic spin offs. I want more focus on the Sonic characters….

@Arawn93 The West, especially the US, is notorious for criminalizing so many things and unfairly throwing people in jail all the time lol. Selling Pokémon is nowhere near in what I consider the tier list of “bad crimes.”

@Lizuka the next game will definitely follow what The Forgotten Land has done, so it should be in 3D. Forgotten Land is the best selling Kirby game ever with over 6 million in sales, so I’m sure they’ll want to continue that style. I personally really liked it and I’d love to see what more they can do in 3D next.

That’s not completely fair to Legends Arceus. It actually sold quite well. The reason a lot of those other games sold more is because they had two versions. So many people buy both versions. With Legends being only one, there was no double dipping. In fact, it sold very close to the same amount as the new first entries from the past few gens before gen 8 and those had two versions.

I just want a remaster of the Sonic Adventure games, those were my favorites

@smeggysmeg Yeah, exactly. If they didn’t have Pokémon this game would’ve failed long ago. Niantic isn’t the best with hearing what their players want and instead will double down to try and force players to play the game the way Niantic thinks they should play it.

People are saying a MK character has no chance because it's a bloody and gore filled game. But Nintendo just doesn't need to include that lol. There can still be a "fatality" without the gore. They've included M rated games/characters like Bayonetta or Joker, so it's not like it's impossible.

By these results it looks like many many of us are gonna be playing Zelda come Friday. I am so excited to hear how the community reacts to the game and to participate in the discussions about it. I'm a die hard Zelda fan and anytime a new entry releases it's like Christmas

Pretty ridiculous fear about it competing with the games considering that Pokemon makes more money now on merchandising than the games lol. The games allow a gateway to the world of merchandising.
