Whoever thought this will be on the 3DS needs to have common sense.
Why would they ever announce a game for a system the we have NEVER even seen or played yet? On top of that why would it still have DS graphics and NO 3D whatsoever?

Its probably gonna be like gen 3, Pokemon Emerald was out when the DS was already released, and there are probably gonna be spin-offs on the 3DS until 6th gen, like with Pokemon Dash, Ranger etc.
Besides it would be a dumb idea to release it for 3DS already, as most people won't even have it yet, they did the same thing with Pokemon Emerald the DS was already out, but it was still released it for the GBA, the DS was still too new to put something as big as the new Pokemon game on.

Its bad, its just cheap shovelware to sucker kids into thinking its the Wii version of MW2.

I had a virtual boy, I hated it hurt my eyes, I only had Red Alarm though, and it was boring. Anyway I hope the 3DS will be better.

@bellgoriiing I think its already confirmed the 5th gen of Pokemon will be on the DS.

I love the linear Castlevania like this one, even more then the Metroid style of Symphony of the Night and the DS titles.

Im a expecting a late 2011 release because the next generation of pokemon is coming this year in Japan and is confirmed to be on the current DS.

@Machu: SEGA would not make another console, Sega pulling out of the console war after the Dreamcast was their best decision, one which probably saved the company. If they tried to fully enter the console war at this point, it would be nothing but failure; The other systems are too strong/well-known, and the only way for Sega to make a system known would be to come up with a gimmick for it, in which everything's already been done at this point. There's no way in hell a new Sega console could survive in this day and age.

@Vinsainity: I wouldn't be surprised if Dimps developed it, considering the games they developed are the most positively received Sonic games lately, then again I wouldn't be surprised if Sonic Team will develop it either, since its a big thing for them.

I doubt its DSiware or IPod, most likely PlaySega, since it will kinda be like releasing it on their own system just like in the old days.

Unleashed didn't have a lot of characters, the only ones were Sonic, Tails, Amy and Eggman, and then Chip. (I didn't mind Chip he seemed really well developed.) But really JUST Sonic? Even the genesis games didn't focus JUST on Sonic.

This video actually make me want to check it out, im not giving up my trusty ds lite though. (Even though the screen is scratched, mic is broken and L button sometimes stop responding and I have to blow in it to make it work.)

pretty pointless if you ask me because a lot of games for the DS already have Voice chat.

But really, who cares if they make a lot of them? They all are pretty good quality for me.
