I really hope they add a fast-forward button. The pacing of this game feels numbingly slow at times...

I've always dreamed of Splatoon and Pikmin on PC benefiting greatly from keyboard/mouse controls. Motion controls definitely beat aiming with a joystick once you learn how to use them but all I can think about while playing Splatoon is how much easier it would be to whip the mouse around to quickly target those behind you for example. Sometimes I feel like the motion controls fight me a bit more than a mouse would. Breath of the wild looks good at 60fps too. Hell, I was amazed at what HD did for skyward sword's visuals through emulation. But I get it, they probably profit a ton from selling their consoles.

Will games with frame rate issues perform better on the new 3DS than the standard model?

And THIS is why I built a PC.

People mad that there isn't the usual Chuck-E-Cheese prizes instead of actual games which are generally more entertaining. Yeah there's a lot of VC bull, but between DKC3D, Game & Wario, those aren't bad prizes. It's just most of us have those in one form or another. Such is everything else they offer as prizes - the games we've bought or the games we didn't want to buy.

3DS severely needs Klonoa! The 3D would look amazing on this 2.5D platformer.

This game is just bad. The game only runs in 2D during the main part at 15 FPS. Gameplay is so mindless it can be played with eyes shut. The leveling up system is pointless and doesn't add anything to the experience; it only complicates things and messes things up. Don't waste the $30.

This is why I built a PC. Buy $60 games for under $10.

But will it run at 15 frames per second in 2d only with stiff animations and broken mechanics like the first?

I'm wary of Nintendo's "I can, I just don't want to" attitude with online gaming. I've played online Wii Tennis and the lag is as bad as it is on Brawl. Nintendo will go out of business before it gets Online right.

Just got this. The frame rate is terrible (almost unplayable) and the game can be played with your eyes closed.
