@James You match my excitement for this game. Sonic 1 was also my first game and I have been dying to play this since it was revealed. The timing couldnt be better really since I just finished Playing through Sonic 1,2,3&K this last couple of weeks so im all geared up to begin Sonic 4 now. Just gotta hold on a couple of weeks and then the fun shall begin
Also there is 4 Acts Per zone. 3 acts are full Levels and 1 act is dedicated to the boss.

Ill be buying this on both XBLA and Wii. It seems worth it to me. I mean it has 4 zones with 3 acts per zone and a boss act per zone. That makes 12 levels which is the same amount as Sonic 3 alone. That does mean its only 4 bosses though which makes it fall a bit short there but still id still say that that isnt bad. The levels are what I care about mostly. Besides there is supposed to be a hidden 5th zone aswell. Wether its just a Super Sonic boss or a full fledged zone like the rest is unknown but if it is the latter that makes 15 levels and 5 bosses. Thats a dollar a level and the bosses for free. Doesnt sound too bad to me lol.

I havent played the original yet. I own it but have only just beaten apollo justice. Im just taking a short break and then I will begin the first investigations but without even playing that one im already excited.

This looks alot like Jumper on PC. And that is in no way a bad thing. Im pretty sure that was the inspiration though since Ogmo (the main character of Jumper) is in the game. But that just makes it all the more awesome. Cant wait for this one.

One of my favourite DS games. Bought this to play whilst on holiday and could not put it down. The story was fantastic, the combat was fun and I love the characters aswell.

Please dont region lock it . Sometimes its hard for me to get certain games in there PAL format so I have no choice but to Import from america if I want to play them. Im sure many people are the same so region locking would benefit no one.
Also ive been worrying about pricing for a while now and this does not lessen that worry. Since he was saying how much 3D equipment costs these days in the press conference its had me concerned.

@Atomic Wii Man - Thats actually how goku is spelt in japan. So its right...in a way.
Anyway a DB (Possibly Z) game, Pacman & Galaga and Ridge Racer. Sweet. These should be pretty good in 3D.

@pixelman - Its confirmed only sonic is playable. Also the screens look pretty good. The DS Version is essentially Sonic Rush 3 and the Wii version looks like the daylight stages on Unleashed with alot more 2D.

This is pretty cool though. Out of all the celebritys to be a good donkey kong player though I never wouldve expected Eminem. Wonder if any more celebs will try and grab his high score. I reckon thats gonna be the next reality show. Celebrity Gamer! You heard it here first folks.

Gold & Silver were the last games I enjoyed in the series. Ruby and Sapphire put me off the series completly and I wont even touch pokemon platinum (it came with my DSi. I had no intention of buying it). But ive decided to buy this since these are remakes of the last games I truly enjoyed. And Gold & Silver are my favourite in the series so im hoping to enjoy these.

uhhh.....wii fit at the winter olympic games....I cringed more at that than the people playing.

One of my favourite games ever. Its been too long since the release of this game. Please bring back the series. Even a port on DS, Wii or wherever would do me (With online functions of course). I was over the moon to hear that the chuchu's would make an appearance in Sega All Stars Racing.
Please sega! Bring this series back!

I have to disagree with this review. I was a bit skeptical about buying the game after reading it since I loved the PS1 game but this review made it sound like they had crapped all over it. However I had some points left over and decided to go for it and im glad I did. Ive been playing it non stop and all the issues you have pointed out have not affected me. The zoomed in camera doesnt take away from the experience at all too me. There is plenty of room to see and the map at the bottem is actually helpful. Enemies respawing isnt an issue for me either. Other games have done that (megaman for example) and its accepted there. Why not here? On top of that the game has been made far easier. I struggled making my way to the Third to last world (Picture City) back on the PS1. Here ive made it to the caves in a couple of days, havent used 1 continue and still have 21 lives to spare. And ive also got a ton of cages in the process which again I couldnt do on PS1. I really think people should just give the game a try. No offence to the reviewer but I think that people should try it themselves instead of trusting the review.

Uh-oh. Monkey ball on Balance Board. Isnt the game hard enough already lol. But this will be a definate buy for me. Ive played & Beat Super Monkey Ball deluxe on Xbox and Touch & Roll on DS. And Ive also got Adventure and Banana Blitz. The only one I didnt really like was adventure. And I didnt like the mini games on anything Past DX. Bring back the DX Minigames and keep the main game as addictive as always and this is a definate winner. Also I hope the minigames dont require a balance board. I dont wanna have to have 2-4 balance boards just so me and my friends can all play. I have one now that doesnt really get any use as it is. Dont need another one gathering dust.

Ive only played Prime Hunters on DS since I never had a gamecube and didnt get the 3rd since I hadnt played the other 2. But this is a must buy for me now. I did like the DS game but I found the controls to be too awkward.

Im so getting this. Ive heard nothing but good things. Its such a stupid Idea but its so simple. And from what ive heard its executed very well. Plus the theme tune is incredibly catchy.

This is sad news indeed. If I could I would force everyone who owns a DS to buy the first game. The first game was fantastic IMO. I was looking forward to the sequel and I hope there is at least some slight possibility that we will someday recieve it.

Im definatly getting this one. Gold/Silver/Crystal were my favourite of the pokemon series. Havent even bought a pokemon game since Ruby since that game really turned me off the series. I hated it. Hopefully they will stick to the original 251 (Is that the right amount?) pokemon and not add all the new ones.

Still these are 2 great games. I found them very addictive in the original warioware but I wont be picking these up. Only because I dont have a DSi. But if I did I would along with Paper Plane.

@Bass X0 : I doubt Sonic Blast will be released. That was kind of a pirated version made in brazil. Its just the game gear version stretched out. And it shows. The ring counter is out of place and the title screen just has a big green border. It would be cool if it was released though.
Anyway ive recently done a playthrough of Sonic 2 for my youtube account. Although I did the game gear version. I still find it enjoyable to play and it can be a tough game. Also I like that in this game if you get all Emeralds you get the true final zone to go through unlike Sonic 1 SMS where you just get a slightly altered ending.

Ive got the game gear version but my game gear is broke now So i might get this despite beating it like 50 times when my game gear was working

Shouldnt bother me too much by getting just the wiiware version of bomberman. Battle Mode is the main mode of any Bomberman game anyway so as long as the Wii Game doesnt have any major extras then I will just go with the wiiware version.

Downloaded this today. But downloaded like 3 other wiiware titles too so I only played like 2 days of the game to try the others. Its awesome so far. Really enjoying it and seems like its gonna get pretty involving.

I bought this today along with 3 other wii ware titles. This game is pretty awesome. I like the idea of lemmings mixed with platform style gameplay. And the puzzles are quite fun to play through. I recommend this game to anyone who likes puzzle games really.

No......Sonic.......2........ C'mon!!! And no Sin & Punishment! And Operation Wolf made it on there!! Who the heck bought that??? This better not cause 3rd Parties to back down from the virtual console. If sega leaves i leave

PS1 is awesome and hopefully that will be up soon. But so far ive loved this and i havent even beat the first dungeon yet. I have it on SMD Collection for PSP & i have the PS2 version of SMD Collection aswell. Chances are i wont buy it on VC no matter how great i think it is.

I love this game. but since i have sega megadrive collection on BOTH PS2 and PSP i dont see the point in buying it a third time despite it being a good game.

Game Gear : Meh....

I like the game gear lots. But id rather buy the original cartridges since the games look horrible on a big screen. As for master system. Im just dreaming of all the games i never got to try on it. Any master system game i did try i now have on game gear. Except one which is the one i look forward too most. Phantasy star! Hooray

Phantasy Star II rocks. I have it on Sega Meadrive Collection on PSP & PS2 though so i wont be getting it here. But i really really hope monster world IV gets a release outside japan. Fully translated and everything lol.

I forgot about Pokemon Snap. It was a game i used to love and i used to play alot at my friends. Despite the fact im not much of a pokemon fan anymore i may just get this.
