Edit since you're genuinely ignorant: It's been known there was a season pass for this game for months (?), I pre-ordered my copy on a website I found called amazon.com for less than what I pay to feed my wife at Osaka Steakhouse on Tuesdays (8:30 pm) and the pass was included. There was as much information on the included content at the time as there was about the Smash Fighter's Pass - which you still don't know what you're getting, but it's children's game made by Nintendo so you're content using the money your mom allocates to your hobby each month to pay for content that has still yet to be revealed. You're a hypocrite.

@Oscarzxn GCN had some great exclusives like PN03, Gotcha Force, and Eternal Darkness, Baten Kaitos, Cubivore etc. PS2 owned that gen though and it wasn't close - Xbox is genuinely laughable if you had a decent PC at the time.

Madworld, Trauma Center series, the best Monkey Ball, Shin and Punishment 2, Castle Shikigami 3, HOTD, Fragile Dreams, Tatsunoko Vs, No More Heroes 1 and 2, Last Story, Muramasa, Zack and Wiki, Punch-Out, Xenoblade, Rhythm Heaven, Wario Shake, Pandora's Tower, Sengoku Basara, Domino Rally, Let's Tap, ExciteBots, Sonic Colors, Monster Hunter Tri, Red Steel 2, only console ports of Gunblade NY and LA Machineguns, Blast Works, Elebits, Boom Blox, both Marble Sagas, Opoona, Little King's Story, Escape from Bug Island, probably the best Tenchu ever made, NiGHTS 2, The Calling, Klonoa... Japan only stuff like Night of the Sacrifice and Fatal Frame not to mention some legit awesome WiiWare like Muscle March and You Me and the Cubes.

Off the top of my head, I'm forgetting a lot of games. Wii had more good exclusives than its contemporaries and is, so far, better than Nintendo's current and last home system.

@LaytonPuzzle27 Nintendo downloaded fan ROMs and used those for their Classic systems lol. Sony's Classic runs on a fan made emulator. I realize Saturn emulation is a different beast entirely but it's not impossible or even remotely difficult for a multi-billion dollar company who made the hardware.

Was just talking about this with my fiance last night. Knew that was the case with Saga but didn't realize they lost the code for the first 2. What it almost guaranteedly comes down to is bad blood with SEGA and someone who worked on the game. Japanese are like that and make excuses to sugar coat or hide underlying reasons - which is why you hear differing answers to the same questions in different interviews with the same people, because they can't keep track of the lies they tell to save face... or why Capcom claims Sweet Home is the main influence on Resident Evil because they don't want to credit western developers for carving the path with like Alone in the Dark.

The ISOs are out there. Pretty certain there's a grudge.

@Pod There was an interview with one producer/director/somebody prior to Wii U's launch stating that. He implied the transition to HD wouldn't be difficult because that's how they've always done it, even though later interviews and efforts indicated they were still in over their heads. Can't remember exactly who said it or where I read it.

@Pod Nintendo has been developing all their games in HD then down-scaling to SD since GCN. Not sure about textures but that's not really an issue with cel shaded games.

@N1ntendodo The illusion of "realness" works about as well as if you saw the Carfax fox next to a real life human being. It's off and there's a huge breach of immersion due to how ungodly and awful the lighting, models, and facial animations are for creatures that are animals with magic powers.

I ordered the special edition of NMH2 from hmv Japan even though I couldn't play it on my Wii. P sure I'm down.

Pretty sure I had like 5 quarters in Savage Reign at Six Flags when I was 10 and my friend pulled me away from it because the new Mortal Kombat 3 machine was finally free. Been trying to remember what game that was for decades.

Crystalis is better than most Zelda games, that's what put me over the edge on this (and Beast Busters).

Are there not like 40 games or something in the cart, like the Mini? Beast Busters is a buy though, though I'm more fond of the sequel... would be pretty rad if they had some of their 3D stuff on it.
