@NEStalgia Trust me, no one is actually amazing at these games! I LOVE them yet I follow some guides the moment I get stuck, because I know myself... I will drop it if I get stuck for far too long, but I also know that I love the stories, the development of the narratives, characters etc.
I love the Blackwell series, yet I had to use, for a lot of them, some pointers! Don't get put down by the feeling that you are cheating!

Re: Review: NBA 2K18 (Switch)

I think that NintendoLife dropped the ball on this one. If this was not NBA 2k18 and 2K we were talking about, they would've slammed it with a 2 or 3.
Given it's who it is, they are just not giving a score so that everyone can buy it, and later on give it a proper review chance... The entire grinding and VC barrier cannot be changed with a patch.

Re: Murder Mystery Title The Sexy Brutale Is Coming To Switch

@FragRed @Shufty What you guys are saying is real, but to me as a consumer, as a person who wants to play, all those facts don't matter because at the end of the day, I want to play and not wait. And what you are saying, basically, is "Please understand".

Well, I do. So until the devs, maybe later on in the Switch lifecycle, start to release simultaneously as other platforms, or at least with a really small timeframe of release, I will be getting my indies and non exclusives on other platforms where they are readily available, if I have the itch to play them... And that saddens me.

It's these kind of things that get me rattled on the Switch. Why eventually port it instead of simultaneously release it? I've been wanting to play it since it's launch, and I am probably buying it very soon... I would love it on the switch but I cba to be waiting for "an eventual release date". Same happens with a ton of games that are being announced that will eventually release. They could sell a ton more if the devs could keep the pace with releases, and capitalize on the still not crowded eshop. Maybe Nintendo holds them back too, becasue of their new eshop policies bleh...

@Moms-Meowth I am reviewing this game right now and I have the same oppinion as this review. Has nothing to do with the Zelda branding... The game plays REALLY stiff, animations are not very good, bad actually. Looks like a very unpolished game, released before gametesting. Has a lot of issues, it's repetitive nature, certain gameplay aspects are just thrown in for the sakes of it, lots of items just appear, and the objectives are not really clearly conveyed.

Game is gorgeous, sounds really great but that's about it, imho...

Re: Rainway In Talks With Nintendo Regarding PC Game Streaming On Switch

apoqalypse

I hate to break it to everyone that is optimistic but... This could pottentially be very dangerous to the deal that Nintendo is selling to developers. Meaning that their market would suffer. Most of the indies that are ported to the switch I already own. The games that I do not own, I can buy a lot cheaper on steam, stream them, and dry the cashflow off the Switch shop.
Discouraging developers to actually develop games for the system...
