I take it that at the developer's base there were lots of lads and lasses there, all with smiling faces Going along the Scotswood Road to see the Blaydon Races
All the Hanabi games this time round will all be Sega or Hudson Soft games, so expect plenty of Mega Drive and Turbografx/PC Engine games... and maybe DoReMi Fantasy for the SNES?

I remember when Noel Fielding was on Buzzcocks the first time (not as a guest captain deputising for Bill Bailey, but as a panellist), he was really funny
Most of the Alex Kidd series. The original (and best) - Alex Kidd in Miracle World - was the built in-game for the Master System in Europe from 1990 onwards.
Super R-TYPE isn't a port. It's an entirely new R-TYPE game developed for the SNES that happens to borrow elements from previous games in the series. It did suffer badly from slowdown issues though, as did many early scrolling shoot-'em-ups on the SNES, Gradius III being a prime example. But it's not a bad shooter at all

Re: Luigi's Mansion to Get Sequel?
I'd rather it be a sequel as well. Luigi's Mansion was fun, but it was far too short, so I probably wouldn't buy it as an NPC title.
Re: Nintendo Download: 15 January 2010 (Europe)
@Chibi Link
APPLAUSE
Re: Ulala and Crazy Taxi Joining Sonic & Sega All-Star Racing
@Boonehams Alex Kidd is already confirmed
Re: Blaster Master
@KeeperBvK - it was released in Europe in 1991, so chances are it will be the PAL version if it comes on VC over here.
Re: Review: UNO (WiiWare)
I'll stick with the XBLA version thanks
Re: Nintendo Download: Zombies, Ghosts, Monkeys, Axes, Royal Bluffs and Even More Sudoku (US)
Now come on Nintendo. Don't disappoint us. Release ZAMN in Europe on Friday!
Re: Review: MadWorld (Wii)
I think the voice of the Whose Line legend Greg Proops adds a certain charm to the game
Re: Namco Announces Upcoming Arcade Games
I hope Midway also jumps on the bandwagon and releases some arcade classics such as Joust, Centipede, Defender, Mortal Kombat etc.
Re: EU WiiWare Update: Beer Pong and Snowboard Riot
Four Ecks and Fosters are brands of lager only sold in the UK because the Aussies throw it away
Re: Genghis Khan II: Clan of the Gray Wolf
Can we have Aerobiz Supersonic, Koei? Pretty please?
Re: Mana From Heaven For RPG Fans On Boxing Day In Europe
@ Tragickingdom, Its alternative name is St. Stephen's Day

Re: Nobunaga's Ambition
Koei never released any games in Europe before PlayStation I don't think...
Re: Nintendo World Cup
Woo-hoo! Kunio-kun Soccer!
Re: The Mascott speaks about the Virtual Console!

Re: Top 10 Shmups We Want To Come To The Virtual Console
Axelay is available in a PAL region... just it ain't us in Europe. I think we got Probotector II that week and Australia got Axelay

Most of the Alex Kidd series. The original (and best) - Alex Kidd in Miracle World - was the built in-game for the Master System in Europe from 1990 onwards.
Re: Gate of Thunder
Not really. Still sounds brilliant though! ^.^;;
Re: Europe VC Releases - 20th July - Street Fighter II Turbo
STOP PRESS!
We have Metroid (NES) as well!
Re: Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting
This was better than the original Street Fighter II because it fixed the speed problems. Now we in Europe play the waiting game...
Re: Breath of Fire II
BoF II has also been rated by PEGI. That means the game is coming to Europe sometime in the near future. The game has been given an age rating of 7+.
The original was never released on the SNES in Europe, and even Capcom didn't release it in the States! Squaresoft published it in the US instead!
