I'd like to just have a dedicated home console the switch in my opinion is a handheld console with the option of playing on a bigger screen I'd rather have the choice of a handheld or a home console because the hybrid idea just mean outdated tech or a big price tag

@Rika_Yoshitake the steamdeck doesn't cost 650 it costs £350 the same as the switch oled

@OnlyItsMeReid if Microsoft were allowed to buy them aswell as zenimax & Activision there'd be no way anyway could say they didn't have a monopoly on console gaming even if they currently don't lead in the market share but no they wouldn't be allowed because it wouldnt be fair competition if they could just buy all the biggest publishers out

@RubyCarbuncle yeah stormy ascent is ridiculously hard I did the level but died atleast 30 times before finishing it

@RubyCarbuncle couldn't do the original trilogy either lol I got all the gems & crystals in crash 2 & crash 3 but couldnt get all the platinum relics crash 1 I couldn't get the damn red gem just couldn't do slippery climb without dying

@RubyCarbuncle I've just been playing through crash 4 again aswell & there's no way I'm even going to attempt to get 100% let alone the 106% for the platinum on my playstation

@Aispen I prefer the driving in GTA 4 especially when you crash & go flying through the windscreen lol

Replaying the dead rising games finished dead rising 1 a few days ago currently playing through the second one

If it's capped at 30 fps on switch & it's crossplay then people playing it on other platforms will have an advantage

@Axelay71 the switch oled only has 64gb aswell the other models only have 32 gb

@PosterBoy I think it's a great price for a small gaming pc with the option of portability

@PosterBoy you can use a mouse & keyboard with the steamdeck if you want to through usb or Bluetooth...

@smithyo will be able to emulate it on the steamdeck & probably get a better performance from it

Never played f zero but love crash bandicoot & crash 4 is very close to the original trilogy & is an amazing game so not everything needs to change with time

Sonic the hedgehog is & always has been made for kids , I enjoy it now as an adult because I played it as a child doesn't change the fact that it's made for kids 🤷‍♂️

@Jokerwolf yeah the switch is way overpriced for the outdated tech it has I got mine with my phone contract but I wouldn't have been able to justify a £300 purchase for the hardware if I hadn't

Never been big on sports games but I did really enjoy FIFA street on the ps2

"we’re committed to ensuring EA SPORTS FC is a symbol of change." sounds like they're going to blame FIFA for their egregious monetization & promise that now things will be different , but of course it will still be the same 'surprise mechanics' simulator

The switch won't get shadow of war or shadow of mordor but it might get a port of a rubbish mobile game

The thing I don't like about Forza horizon is there's no real progression to it & it seems like there's a new barn find rumour every 2 minutes

@SteamEngenius I think the standard story mode is decent apart from the crashes the krypt mode looks & runs like 💩 though

@PhhhCough I doubt all the effort that gets put into making them run on switch is really worth the investment

Wish wb would support mk11 as much that games crashed so many times on me on my switch
