Re: Netflix Expands Its Animation Line-Up With Tomb Raider, Devil May Cry, More

@Nico85 I was amazed and mesmerized but I was a child. Everything left me in a state of wonder even Mechwarrior with my SideWinder 3D Pro. The first MS Flight Simulator blew my mind. But I look at it more objectively now. Look TR2 was incredible like i said I may have been wrong with my first comment. Too quick to view it through my modern lens. Well let me walk it back and say TR2 and Reboot TR were my favourite subjectively...

Re: After Months Of 'Switch Pro' Rumours, Nintendo Officially Unveils The Nintendo Switch OLED Model

Loooooooooonng boring ad for nothing of a nothingness really. They could've just started shipping this as a replacement for the original and I don't think many would have noticed if it was the same red and blue. It's sort of like a PS and PS slim situation. More the one to get if you don't already have one. Just improved battery life or loading times would have been enough but not even that.

Re: God Of War Dev Joins Retro Studios As Environment Designer For Metroid Prime 4

I know i'm probably the minority here but I really enjoyed Metroid: Other M

The 3rd person + switch to first person was the perfect Metroid mechanic for me, best of both worlds. The way Samus handled was just awesome for me, the slo-mo's etc. People had an issue with the story but I couldn't care less about the story the gameplay was awesome. I hoped I would one day play a new Metroid game with the same type of mechanic but the stupid fans sent a clear message that they want fps or 2d that's it, no combination or iteration on the formula.

Re: Review: Minecraft Dungeons - A Simple Action RPG That Relies Too Heavily On The Minecraft Name

My little one loves the game. Any kid that has shown any interest in Minecraft or Minecraft Stories will love it. I must say I like it as well its very simple sure but that's the idea it needs to appeal to kids. It has a charm in the way it sounds the way it feels a charm that is satisfying, the feel of the gameplay itself. Alot of Nintendo games are simple but they have Nintendo charm this has Minecraft charm. For adults the game can be challenging and force you to plan and use technique which makes it scale up well for you to enjoy as well. I think it's great when I can enjoy a game in couch co-op with my little one and we can both have fun. It's sort on content and that's why it's cheap. I will be buying all DLC and I really hope they build on this and make a sequel that is even better. At the very least a 7.5 for me. They could have added a stage where you're captured and escape and have to build your gear and get to the exit of the level. Just to break the same old formula for every stage and to add some building even just a tiny tiny bit. My kid asks me whenever we start a new level "so is there absolutely no building at all?" Seems like low hanging fruit could have made the game a smash hit.

Re: Nintendo Switch Lite Officially Revealed, Launches This September

I can't believe that no one noticed this. Look at the back of the Switch Lite in the video it has a cutout/notch at the back between the speakers above the Usb-C port. This is the exact same cutout that the original switch dock uses to keep the switch in the right spot for the usb connection of the dock. It's so incredibly strange that it has that cutout but it's not used for dock and the Lite cant be docked. Maybe they designed it with it's own dock in mind and cut the whole idea very late. It makes no sense
